Sad. It was my bday and my boyfriend tried to get me flowers on my special day. They never arrived… Apparently some issue they had… Either way, it was my birthday, my boyfriend ordered these 2 weeks in advance and they still didn’t make it on my bday. He tried, they failed… Bummer. Should’ve used 1 – 800 flowers I said, maybe next year… Thanks a lot! I hear they’re really pretty… maybe I’ll see them tomorrow.

I tried to order an arrangement on Christmas Eve on my mobile, but even with a few misleading discount offers and a free shipping pop up covering my order total I ended up with a $ 40 arrangement still costing $ 93. I tried calling the 800 number which was constantly busy to cancel and tried emailing the online customer service which returned as an error. I then found another number to call that someone posted that you can get from pay pal. I actually got a hold of someone! After trying to talk me into still buying with a bit of a discount they agreed to cancel. Said it would be 3 – 7 days to get money, but it actually showed up within a few hours on my pay pal. Not super thrilled with the service, but at least they followed through once I got a hold of them. I also had to use another email I got through pay pal which they responded to

This business pretends it is local but it is not. I thought I was getting a local florist and not one of these FTD businesses that don’t pay any mind to what you actually have ordered. From their website, I ordered a beautifully designed arrangement of lovely flowers, artfully arranged in a beautifully crafted basket, according to the picture, for my aunt’s funeral. Instead, what I got was a generic cheap basket of hideously, not artfully arranged, ball of flowers that were both garish in color and ordinary.(Carnations for $ 79!) There were no gerber daisies, irises, as was displayed on the website, instead carnations and roses and a bunch of other fillers that looked just terrible. I paid $ 79. for a hideous basked that I could have got at the supermarket. Then when you complain that you are not satisfied, they say sorry and offer $ 50 off on your next order. They offer $ 50 off whether you complain or not. Like others have noted this company is a complete and utter sham.

The flowers were for an Anniversary, they were delivered 3 days late, arrangement was nothing close to what was requested.

I placed an order on 5⁄2 at 10a for delivery the same day; Rec’d a confirm email saying such; Today 5⁄3 at 4:30p I receive(4) emails within 1 minute that says FULLCREDIT, ORDERSENT, ORDERINQUIRY, ORDERPROCESSING. When I went online to «track my order» it would not process because it said I was entering the wrong CAPTCHA # so I requested an email with my order # and received a different order # than the original. The rep tells me the original order was called — I did NOT Cancel order THEIRSYSTEMDID& now my concern is the validity of their services and the breach of my credit card information. As well as these floral arrangement is for a funeral service. The customer service rep tries to send my to the supervisor, I get disconnected then I call back and am told they have left already for the day — SCAM!!!

Horrible business — truly a scam. I ordered flowers online at 3:30 am for same day delivery(last day at work for a friend). I also paid an excessive amount $ 112 to have a $ 59 bouquet delivered. when I found out at the end of the day that the flowers had not been delivered, I called to cancel the order. The rep told me there would be a 30% charge to cancel. I was referred to a supervisor and instead was put into a queue that ended up with needing to leave a message for an email back. I hung up and tried again this time telling a new rep that I didn’t want to be placed on hold — she did anyway with the same result. Tried a third time with the same result. I will obviously be disputing the charge once it is posted to my credit card account. Wish I had checked Unilocal before I ordered. My experience has been very similar to Jake A.‘s

I should have looked this company up but it was under a different name«Wesley Berry Flowers» when I placed the order. The same thing happened to me as the other reviewer — additional fees were tacked on until the order was 2x what I expected, even with the«discount.» Customer service was so WRETCHED that it made me angry so I am writing this to warm people about this company.

Ordered gift and expected a bill of $ 75 after discount of roughly $ 50 for special discount(ha ha) and shipping. Instead they charged a processing charge of $ 19.99 and sales tax at a rate of 21% and the invoice came through at $ 112. Tried to call and constantly got put on hold. After about the fifth call and being put on hold numerous times someone from customer services actually picked up the call(held on hold for 30 minutes). I told them what happened and to cancel the transaction. She immediately offered a $ 10 discount but I said no I don’t want to purchase the gift. She then came back and offered $ 20 off and I again repeated I didn’t want the purchase and to cancel order. Between each discussion I was put on hold for about 10 – 15 minutes. Finally she gave in after another hold and said they would refund the charge to my credit card in 3 – 7 days. I received an email that apologized for the poor service and that I was eligible for a double refund. I knew that wasn’t going to happen but the charge got removed from my card the following day much to my surprise. You have to be persistent and not give up. Also you can file a dispute with the credit card you used to pull back payment.
