Convenience takes me here when I ever I need a cut. I’ve had five star service but also one star service depending on who is cutting it, how quickly they want to get you out of there and how much they care. Seems like more lately of just trying to get me in and out as fast possible even though there is no one waiting. Cheap, you get what you pay for

I got a whole new cut and color done. The staff was nice enough and the cut is good. The color did not turn out the way I wanted it at all. It was supposed to be a fairly bright red, but it turned out about 5 shades darker. The stylist didn’t really acknowledge my concerns.
She also cut my son’s hair and she didn’t engage in conversation with him beyond «how old are you?» and «do you go to school, yet?».
I don’t think we’ll go back there again, certainly not for color work. Even with coupons I paid $ 100.
UPDATE: After washing all the products out off my hair that the stylist had put in, I found several stands of hair that were not cut or that were cut too short. The back of my neck had some fuzzy hair left, too.
I also found some long hairs sticking out on my son’s hair that I had to cut myself.
We are definitely not going back.

Terrible. Just terrible. Bad shampoos, lots of waiting, bad cuts. Those independent contractors gotta move you through fast in order to make a buck. If they don’t know you-​forget about it. You are better off at Aveda school if cheap is the only criteria.

Drue cuts, foils and colors my hair. Chuck cuts my husbands hair and trims his beard. We have never gotten better service anywhere and we used to go to very high priced salons. Don’t waste your money. See Drue and Chuck.

I have gone here twice, each time getting a different person that cut my hair. Both of them did a bad job. I will never go back, not only are they unfriendly, but they did not listen to what I wanted. I miss Village Hair that was previously in the space. Avoid at all costs.

Great value for haircuts! I bring my kids there and the quality of the haircut is much better than Kid’s Hair and a good price. Chuck does a great job, so does Drew. Sometimes there is a wait on busy weekend times without an appointment, but there is a nice bakery/​bistro, 3 Tiers, a few doors down. The kids get a cupcake at the bakery as a treat afterwards.
