Best place ever!!! Wish we had this place where I live. Instead, I have to settle for dropping off my stuff on my way to work. Always manage to get all my stains out. Management is nice and those guys are always fun to talk to.

I was visiting a friend in Minneapolis and didn’t realize that my Chicago dry cleaner had not actually removed the oil spots on the one nice shirt I had packed. So I went to Falconers hoping that they could actually remove the spots from my shirt.
I was amazed with every aspect of my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The inside of the store looked great. But most importantly, my shirt came back looking like new! The manager of the store told me that they specialize in stain removal. My only regret is that I cannot use them in Chicago
