I have been a regular for 3 years, used 2 waxologists, Simone and Hannah, both have been great, friendly and informative, efficient and clearly keen about doing a good job. I love their packages, I use the one in which you buy 9 and get 3 free and have packages for all my frequently waxed areas. Only had complaints from 1 – 2 I termttent occasional visits in the past who seemed very new to their job and appeared rushed leaving a lot of hair behind, have never felt that way with Hannah, I’m moving to Milwaukee but will miss this branch tremendously

Can’t say enough good things about European Wax Center (Stadium Village) and Emma. I go in about once a month for a wax (Brazilian) and am always greeted with a smile from the receptionist and the staff. Emma does a great job and I’m out the door in about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wish i could give it a higher rating, because the staff was quite friendly and professional. Facilities were clean, procedure painless… but it wasnt effective! The most important part of going :(Had to buy a box of wax strips on the way home to do a proper job. I’ve been to a lot of wax places (in Europe) and must say I will not return here as they did a quick and sloppy job compared to standard expectations. Not looking for perfection… but just not near good enough.

I have only been to European wax center two times: two different locations with two different estheticians and am pleased to say that both experiences exceeded my expectations immensely. I walked in timidly not knowing what to expect as I have been to many other spas that provide waxing and will never do that again if European Wax Center is an option. Thank you SO much!!! Casi was absolutely amazing and made me feel more comfortable than I even thought possible. Quickly with quality.

I have been to many wax places in different countries and I can say that this one is one of the best! I had Simone as waxer and I’m super satisfied, she does an amazing job. I loved the hard wax that they use, doesn’t leave any residues and the serum that she applied after left my skin smooth and without any red spots (as it always gets red after waxing). Everybody is so friendly and chatty from the moment you walk in. It is really not expensive for the material that they use and the level of expertise of the waxers.

I love this place. I recently moved here and I always have a hard time finding a great waxer in a new place since my eyebrows are naturally a mess. Thick in some areas, sparse in others, so it’s hard to find someone who can make them look nice. On a whim, I decided to call here for an eyebrow wax and was booked with Simone. I have not looked back since. She is very friendly, fast and more importantly, she does a phenomenal job. I always walk out of there feeling really satisfied with her work and I only hope she never leaves because she is a godsend. Also, the people at the front desk are always very friendly and chatty so from the minute you walk in, to when you leave, it’s always a nice experience. 2 thumbs up!

I’ve never had a wax before but I was a bit disappointed today. I love the atmosphere and my wax assistant. I think the only thing that really made me upset was that a large block of hair was left on the inside thigh area by my knee. The back of my thighs also has a reasonable amount of blond hair left there as well. I understand that the back of the thigh must be a hard place to wax considering that the hair grows in every direction so I’m not super upset about that. I also don’t really like that as I was checking out an appointment was automatically set up for my next appointment. Also the «free» wax I got on my bikini line was not actually free but half off. If I would have known that going in I might not have asked for it.

I’ve been going to European wax for years and couldn’t be happier with the company in general! I’ve never had a bad experience with any location, especially this one in stadium village! They were fantastic! The service was fantastic, the employees were friendly, happy and knowledgable, and I was in and out right on schedule! I get the Brazilian every time and would recommend them to anyone!
