Ellyn Wolfenson helped my husband and I purchase a home in Edina, MN one year ago. She was extremely knowledgable about the market we were looking in and was able to answer all of our questions promptly and accurately — it was very clear that she knew what she was doing. Prior to choosing our home in Edina, we looked in many other suburbs and in southwest Minneapolis — Ellyn was knowledgable about all of these markets. She provided us with numerous listings that fit our preferences and seemed to have immediate access to listings and knowledge of new listings as soon as they hit the market. Once we chose a home and decided to make an offer, Ellyn made it happen; I have no doubt that one of the reasons we got our home (with many other interested parties) was that she took extra time on a Saturday evening to make sure she communicated clearly with the sellers and did not delay any portion of the transaction. Additionally, she was very helpful in answering many questions that came up during the closing process (we are first time homeowners.)
