I’ve been going to this place for years. Recently tho for some reason the quality of care has spiraled downward. I have severe inflammation down my sinus canals which makes it rough to breath when everything swells. Well now it’s been moving into my eyelids. Dr. Ted ford for the last 2.5 months has been suppose to be calling my regular physician to grant me leave to use a medication that will alleviate the swelling. He has not done that. I have called the clinic 6 times and I’m just about ready to leave and see another doctor. Patients do not like to be forgotten. Sad to say this is not the first time it has happened.

Wow, I wish I could say the same thing as the previous reviewer. I initially saw the female nurse practitioner on a Thursday at this office because I couldn’t get in to see the doctor for almost a month. I came in because I’d recently been to urgent care for an ear infection and they recommended I see an ENT for possible«structural issues» that could have caused it. The nurse practitioner proceeded to inform me that I had a major infection in my sinuses that had probably been there for at least a month. She prescribed 3 week course of high dose antibiotic as well as prednisone despite misgivings I voiced about how extremely sensitive I was to medications of almost any kind. After just 2 doses of the antibiotic and one dose of the prednisone my resting heart rate was 110 bpm and I was unable to digest ANYTHING and experiencing dehydration. I called the office on Friday morning and spoke to a nurse who apathetically told me to keep taking the antibiotic despite my not being able to get out of bed. Finally I spoke with the male nurse practitioner there who told me to stop the prednisone and the antibiotic immediately and to come in Monday to see the doctor and reassess the medications I would need for the infection. After an entire weekend of being so ill I could barely leave the house, I met with Dr Getnick on Monday and he tells me he sees absolutely no sign of an infection. Needless to say, I was in shock. As if this wasn’t enough there was no apology or recognition on their part for dropping the ball. Then they billed me for both visits. So essentially I never got an answer as to whether or not I had any«structural issues» but I was out over $ 200 in prescriptions and charges from this office for an infection that never existed. To be fair, Lynn in accounting was helpful at first in taking off a portion of the charges, but still sent me a bill for the rest of it and threatened me with collections if I didn’t pay it. I can’t recommend a place with this level of integrity. AND I still don’t have an answer on my initial reason for the visit which was to assess possible structural issues in my sinuses.

i have been here at least 10 times for tonsil-related issues, and i must say this is the most smoothly run clinic i have ever been to. the scheduling/front desk staff is superb and the doctor I’ve worked with there(dr. getnick) always treated me with respect and gave me the information i needed. the nurses there are excellent as well and always took the time to listen to me when i needed help or advice. gladly, my tonsil issues have cleared up(i had them taken out), so i have not been back here for quite some time. i feel very strongly about the high-caliber service i received here. serious props to the doctors, nurses, and all other staff at this office.
