As referenced below this Dominos is like none other, and not in a good way.
I love Domino’s but this one can’t seem to figure out how to deliver pizza to a residence. Numerous times now I have had orders take 2 hours + and arrive cold. Wtf?
Considering the fact that Domino’s is a pizza delivery company, this doesn’t work out so well for them, or you for expecting them to actually do their (simple) job.
Save your time and money. Do not waste either on this horrendously managed establishment.

I haven’t ordered from Domino’s in a while since my significant other works at a pizza place. I remember having the Philly Steak Pizza and how delicious and tasty it was. I ordered online and did carryout. The pizza and service was excellent. It still tastes great after all these years. Don’t listen to the whiny lazy reviews from people listed below me. This domino’s location is unlike any domino’s I’ve ordered from before; and not in a good way. Every time I order it takes nearly twice as long as they estimated to delivery my pizza (e.g. saying it will take 19 – 29 minutes, but taking 60 minutes instead). This is a pattern for this location. Wrongly estimating the time of delivery wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have little kids crying from hunger while we are still waiting for a pizza 30 minutes after it was estimated to be delivered! Frustrating. Good thing we prefer our local pizza joint to this chain store. I will keep the poor service in mind the next time I am craving domino’s.

Ordered the pizza online at 7:38. Pizza tracker said it was out on delivery at 8:14. Multiple attempts to contact the store… sat on hold for over 40 minutes trying to get a manager on the line. Pizza arrived at 9:25 cold and stuck to the top of the dented box.
I was assured the pizza was not out on delivery for over and hour and that the pizza tracker will advance to the next step even if they are not doing that in the store.

After receiving a prompt response from their marketing manager I was sent 6 gift certificates for a large pizza of my choice. I intended to order 2 pizzas for the office for lunch today. The first time I called nobody answered, the second time I gave up after being on hold for over 5 minutes. I appreciate the attempt to make things right but this store is as dysfunctional as any restaurant I have ever seen. I will never use this store again.

I love pizza and I love Domino’s pizza… but there’s just something about this location that doesn’t work for me. The people there super friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. I just always end up getting sick after I eat here. It bums me out too because every time I drive by I think about how good Dominos pizza is. But I’m 3 for 3 now getting sick from this place so I have to stay away.

Dominos is not the best pizza, nor will it ever be. It is a convenient location for me and hits the spot when you need a quick meal. The deep dish is kind of a joke and is really just what you would consider hand tossed. Their sauce is a tad spicy, which i like and they go pretty heavy on the garlic. All good things in my opinion. They care about service too. When they screwed up one of our pizza orders and we had to wait a bit, we received a coupon for a free pizza.
