We were so extremely lucky to have accessed Derek via Zillow. He allowed for us to have our display of misunderstandings and then reel us back in, time and time again. He was very honorable in how he would reel us in, he would validate our thoughts, opinions, and sometimes mis-​perceptions; then he would educate us. I also felt that his expertise and vibrant personality clearly was the kind of MN trustworthy kind of fellow you want representing you. He represented us like the highest paid attorney in town, it felt like anyways. To be specific, he went up to bat for us via finding out just the exact information we were seeking from schools to seller information, to even meeting the neighbors and the mailman… I’m not even joking. There were times where out of the blue, some drastic cheesy real estate (on the seller’s side) maneuver would totally sideswipe me, leaving me in a desire to throw in the towel… now I’m not sure how to award the metaphor in that instance other than cheerleader/​psychologist/​legal representation.
