BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I never received my order and it’s been 4 months. I have emailed them, tried the IM on their website and tried calling their 800# numerous times. When calling, the message always says that their office is closed, not matter when you call. And I tried all possible extensions. My next move is small claims court.

I placed and order mid December and was told how long the wait would be to receive my order. I was contacted by whomever they had chosen locally to deliver the order. The day before my order is supposed to be delivered I am notified that the item is not on the truck. According to the local company items are supposed to be already received within 3 days of scheduling the delivery. I contacted DefySupply and was told that a manager would contact me immediately. Clearly that did not happen. I do not have the luxury of missing work and was unable and uninterested in rescheduling. I have been offered a full credit– ASIF I would place another order and wait a few months. Does that make any sense? I have been offered 75% of what I have spent but that does not include the additional money spent for the installation–«white glove» service/installation that again will not happen. I have not heard from a manager. Supposedly my return is in process but I have yet to receive a confirmation email as requested with the details so the dates aren’t some mystery. I would never do business with this company and would recommend that no one waste their time or money!

Cant believe this store is still in business. There customer service is horrible, my items arrived 10 weeks late, and some were broken. It took another 5 weeks for them to issue a refund for the broken items. The table i got looked nice, but it was cheaply made in China. Delivery and customer service are a joke. I wish I had read more reviews about this place before purchasing from here. Check them out on , they have an F– rating.
