Dairy Queen

I used to frequent this place for my job. A client of mine always ordered a dipped cone. I’ve ordered the $ 5 lunch combos and pumpkin pie blizzard without excess whipped cream. I also like the Grape Arctic Rush Freeze aka Mr Misty freeze. The new snack melts are good. Service is good as we are the first customers at 11:00 a.m. I may stop in if I’m in the area again. Probably wait until Summer though.

Many times we have come by the service is terrible! Dirty restaurant, to few workers, bad mgmt. No please for my money, no thank you for stopping in, no offering napkins, poor detail to orders and teens get preferential treatment over other customers. I’ll be going across town for my DQ runs. Go elsewhere!

they got my order wrong at the drive thru. I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich and to my surprise on my way home, I could smell cheese and I thought to myself «The Chicken Sandwich doesn’t have cheese on it», so I looked in my bag and there was a grilled cheese. I went back to DQ and told them I got the wrong order and that I had ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich. they took the grilled cheese and I got the sandwich I ordered.
now this wasn’t the problem. the problem was that the chicken sandwich they gave me was in fact terrible. it was rock hard around the edges, was cold and unseasoned. will not be eating here again.

These were supposed to be medium sized sundae’s, and the hot fudge cookie is supposed to be hot and I am supposed to get a proper amount of ice cream. This was a dismal experience. The whole trip was a fiasco.
This is what happens when you have teens run the show. This location is always dirty and it takes forever to get served as well as get the correct thing. This place has continually gone down hill.
Needs a new manager to do quality control as well as have a staff that has pride in what they do.
My daughter worked for DQ in Eden Prairie and in now way would this have been allowed by management or staff. If you want great service go to DQ in Eden Prairie, Southdale, or Ridgedale.
Never go to this location. This is my last try.

It is close and convenient. This place sells the crystal meth of ice cream ~ The BLIZZARD. If there are counterpoints to this, I am not aware of it from my Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy… Yes, I craze for it despite living in the land of the 10,000 frozen lakes… While your kids have their ice cream, you can also enjoy their amazing chili dogs.
Another high recommendation: their flamoburger is amazing.

Blizzard!!! Bad bad service though! But what can you expect they are kids! Will not stop me from going back though!

Great service and above average fast food. Best lunch deal in the town.
