Creative Kidstuff

This is quite a nice toys store. I am always in search of good ones because have two kids and of course always need an emergency toy for different occasions. I just wish they have a better accessible parking and renew their collections of products often.

I’m simply providing this review to give props for stellar customer service. I have a godson that is on my mind religiously and prompts numerous spontaneous ventures into otherwise needless territory. I found myself in the Galleria (which also rarely happens — I live in Blaine, for crying out loud) and meandered in to see what the more affluent bestow upon their children. I didn’t find any toys to purchase, but fell in love with a display item. When I asked if they had it for sale, they cordially told me that they didn’t, but that they sell all display items once the display changes. That display was scheduled to change out in July. It was March. Nonetheless, I REALLY wanted that Dr. Seuss hanging quote. So I gave them my name and number, fully expecting never to hear from them again.
They called last week.
They had not only retained my contact information but had taken exceptional care of the item. They waited for me to call back and held the item for me to pick up just under a week later. I love it. And I love them for it. Stellar customer service.
