I am 25 and have only been to the dentist once since I was 18 years old. I have 4 wisdom teeth causing huge problems in my mouth, and a failed root canal (my 1 dentist visit in the last 7 years.) I just finally got insured and was TERRIFIED going into the dentist today. I was blown away by the warmth and kindness of the Dr. and other employees. I was a walk-​in, and was prepared to wait for hours. They saw me almost immediately. My insurer suggested I see a dentist closer to home for the work I need, but I will be going back to this dentist instead. Also, I need another root canal, and they charge ½ of what I paid for the failed one.

I was told to arrive a half hour early for new patient paperwork, it took 5 minutes. After waiting another 40 minutes I’m told I’m too heavy for their chairs. Then they refer me to a dentist 30 monies away.
