This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. There’s usually one person helping customers while the rest slowly move around not doing anything. The end product is always smaller and of lesser quality than any other Chipotle. The last time the didn’t even have any fajita veggies available. I would rather drive out of my way to a different chipotle than ever visit this one again.

It’s really hard to be disappointed in chipotle because who doesn’t love chipotle? However, this is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff was soooo slow, and they only had TWO people working the line during a lunch rush, aren’t there usually like five? The chicken was burnt to a crisp and tasted like I was eating ashes. After a few bites, i asked for a new bowl because of it and they never apologized, told me they were out of chicken(how do you run out of chicken?) and that I’d have to wait. And examined the bowl like I was lying or something. Well, I waited, and they seemed to forget about me, the nice cashier kept reminding them, and eventually they remade it. The staff was not at all friendly(besides the cashier) or forgiving, and the food quality was terrible compared to most Chipotle. Some lady who appeared to be a manager stepped out on the line and shrugged her shoulders and walked away and literally left… Solid management. I love chipotle but I will never ever come to this one again. Such a joke!

Close to home, this is the location I frequent the most(once weekly). The food is good as always, and the staff members are really nice and joke around a lot. I always have a great experience there! It can be very hectic around major meal times, but I have a weird schedule so I am usually there at off-peak times. Sometimes if it is peak meal time, I will order and pay through their app, so then I can just grab & go and avoid the lines. Parking is not really an issue, as there are plenty of metered spaces around the corner that are $ 0.25 per 15 minutes. I find that $ 0.50 is plenty for me to park, get in, order, eat, and get back to my car. There is a young guy that I think was just hired a couple weeks ago. He’s fun and friendly, but seems to have trouble rolling the burrito without it tearing, based on the few interactions I’ve had with him so far. I have faith that he will master it with time, though. In those cases, I just elect to have it rolled in an extra tortilla, because, hey — more food for my money!

You can’t go wrong eating at any Chipotle, but this location goes the extra mile with having wonderful employees. Everybody is friendly and upbeat, and they sure know how to make the perfect burrito!

who doesn’t love Chipotle? This location was great, even with a post-church/pre-football crowd the line moved quickly and most importantly my burrito was fantastic. Large and filled with all the goodness I asked for.

I love Chipotle and rarely write reviews for chain food, but this is the worst chipotle around. Often out of stock on things like chips, sour cream or hard shell tacos. If you order take out your order will be wrong. Nobody here knows how to roll a burrito without it falling apart while you eat. They should retrain this entire staff.

The chicken wasn’t well cool. It still had blood. I love chipotle but I will never come to this place.

Best Chipotle in the Twin Cities. They very rarely run out of any ingredients, which other locations seem to run out of more frequently. Staff is always energetic and polite. I’m assuming people who have rated this location lower, haven’t been to some of the others in area. Once and awhile the line can get long at lunch times, but I think that’s also a testament to how good they are!

This location can be hit and miss with regard to the friendliness, cleanness and quality. Sometimes they are out of the basics and tonight they were out of chips. What?! Parking can be difficult to find during the noon got and dinner time. The ramp behind is a good option.

This is a pretty typical Chipotle restaurant… though I like that it’s located so close to my place. It’s always convenient to grab some chips and guac when I’m in one of those moods. The only reason i do not go here more often is because my corn salsa always has frozen chunks of ice in it. I don’t know if it’s because they freeze it or of their fridge is too cold but for the past 5 – 6 times I’ve been in, the corn salsa is pretty much a corn flavored slushie. Staff is nice, parking is tricky, and during the school year there are a bunch of teenagers who mob the place after 3pm because it’s right after school ends and it’s the nearest fast food place next to DeLasalle. If you get half chicken and half steak, you end up getting more meat overall. They also offer brown rice for all you health conscious eaters out there.

i like going to this chipotle and i’m, in general, a big fan of the franchise. this specific instance today was no good. the person on the line was making fun of customers(funny for a few seconds, but took it too far), made really sloppy burritos, and wrapped most of them very poorly, with lots of tears and overflow. there were no veggies so we waited, along with a handful of other people. once the veggies were ready, they got to the end of my order before they told me that they were out of guacamole, something i would’ve liked to know before i waited 10 minutes for the veggies after ordering a vegetarian burrito. ingredient problems are disappointing but to be expected every once in a while, but the service and attitude was frustrating.

This is my go-to Chipotle location since it’s not located far from my job. I eat here probably 2 – 3 times a month. I used to just walk in and order but good lord, the line during the lunch hour can easily stretch outside the building! I only order online now(android app). Saves a big headache as I can just skip the massive line and go straight to the register. I’ve never had to wait for my online order either, it’s always waiting for me when I arrive. I love Chipotle but –1 star because my bowls can be inconsistently filled. Sometimes I’ll open it up and the ingredients nearly spill over because they gave me so much, yet other times I open my bowl to find I was given just enough to barely reach the top of the bowl. Come on now!

This chipotle has really gone down hill in customer service since the fat lady manager left, now just a bunch of guys that don’t care. Short staffed which means slow service too. Go elsewhere if you are craving the chipotle goodness.

One would think that chain restaurants would all be equal to their brothers and sisters. This is not the case with Chipotle. This Chipotle was pleasing to the eye — very clean, bright, good music — so far this one it fitting the cookie cutter that I have come to appreciate Chipotle to be. But then I got up to the ordering line… the staff weren’t the usual friendly and fast staff I’m accustomed to at Chipotle. They were out of both rices, so I had to wait for new to be made — which you would like would make it extra tasty… but it fell flat. Then on to beans… bay leaf and extra liquid were all shoveled in and pushed down the line. The salsas were fine, but the guacamole was flat and not fresh tasting. And you would have thought lettuce was being rationed. I don’t get what happened at this location. It just didn’t work. Maybe next time?

Disgusting. The food is dry and tasteless, and left me extremely unsatisfied. I got home that night and was met with a sick stomach that turned out to be food poisoning. Bad quality, bad taste, bad everything. I don’t think so, Chipotle.

Parking is the only negative I can find when it comes to this Chipotle, bring at least three quarters for parking! Consistent with other locations the food is tasty and fresh. This location from the dining area to the restrooms is very clean. I like 99% of the Chipotle’s I visit but the staff here is even friendlier than others I frequent. I usually go with the carnitas(pork) soft tacos with rice, pica de galo(spelling?), corn salsa, extra cheese and guacamole on the side. Very pleased with this Chipotle location and would recommend it to others.

This being the closest Chipotle to my apartment, I enjoy it’s friendly service and killer good Chicken burritos every so often. In a case of «fast food» like Chipotle, it all comes down to service, and cleanliness(of course) and this locale doesn’t disappoint. Also, with so many choices for food in the vicinity it’s a great quick-in, quick-out option. $ 6 for almost en entire meal neatly wrapped together is alright in my book.

Ok, all Chipotle’s are the same, right? WRONG! This is the best one in the Twin Cities. It’s hard to go wrong with any Chipotle, but if you are looking for the absolute best this is the one you want to go to. I’ll even give you the secret recipe… Chicken Burrito with black beans, hot salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. Get guacamole if you are celebrating something. If you want the complete experience, get a Pacifico as well!
