I’ve lived here for two years and haven’t really had many complaints. It’s generally clean and there are quite a few amenities(including an indoor pool/sauna, free printing, and a game room). Unfortunately, management just changed and while the price has continued to climb, the quality of service has gone down considerably. Things aren’t fixed quickly(and aren’t ever fixed without multiple requests) and the office staff are super friendly but also very apathetic and seem annoyed whenever you ask for something. It feels like they’ve been trying to make the apartment LOOK nicer, but real quality improvements haven’t been made(and any quality improvements like new appliances and flooring have bumped prices in those units up to a ridiculous amount for the space). It’s a great neighborhood, and the units are fairly large and well-lit. Just don’t expect great service or too many benefits for the price.
