Caribou Coffee

One of the very few coffee shops that stays open in the skyway on the weekends. I have found my sweet spot.

Love Caribou coffee! So spendy though. But wish we had it in Oregon, sooo much better than Dutch Bros

Love these guys! Coffee is good, I usually get a mocha without whipped cream and half the chocolate so it’s reasonable on calories and I still enjoy it. The daily trivia is fun and the people that work there are great! One of the best Caribou locations as well as coffee locations overall. Connected via skyway…

Anytime I am in MSP for work I always stop into Caribou; the staff is super friendly and quick too which is a great thing! Plus the coffee is tasty too and I like the variety of breakfast offerings as well.

This Caribou rocks. I’m here more or less daily during the workweek and always feel welcomed. The staff legitimately appear to enjoy their jobs and are almost always smiling. And the friendliness is genuine, too — banter back and forth, even giving me a hard time every now and then (like a good friend would do). They can force a smile out of me when I’m barely awake and have even the worst case of the Mondays. And they always remember my name (and even my order in most cases).
I would attribute the awesome service here to the management team, as I haven’t had this same experience at other Caribous. They manage to bring a small, local coffee shop feel to a popular chain.
If you see a line out the door in the morning (or during the afternoon rush), no need to worry. They are quick and efficient at moving people through the line and getting you on with your day.

The baristas at this caribou are hands down the best in the city. They are fast, very friendly, and always remember you. Shortly after I started working downtown, the barista (specifically Steven) remembered me every time and always greets me by name and knows what I’m having. You guys make my day every morning!

Caribous (Caribii?) are hands down better than Starbucks in so many ways. Caribou allows me to relax and unwind. Starbucks just makes me feel wired and irritable.
In any event, I did have a nice experience at this particular Caribou. Very lovely staff and a clean space with plenty of seating both inside the shop and outside. Here, outside the shop is still indoors, as this Caribou is on the second floor of Gaviidae. Excellent business people watching during week day rush hour. Ah, the things that amuse one when they work from home.
