I was there last weekend. If you get a mocha they should give you a chocolate covered expresso bean. They didn’t give me one so I asked for one and still didn’t get the bean. I was not happy. Listen to your costumers.

Caribou is great if you like some coffee drinks, tea and hot chocolate. They use real chocolate rather than a mix and you can taste the difference. The teas are also yummy rather then the mix you usually get at Starbucks. I like Caribou and think they do hand-crafted drinks better. Another thing I’m loving are the bags of coffee grounds they offer for free to patrons. Oh can use coffee grounds to put on your garden and it’s great for the plants and environment. Their focus on sustainability makes me like them even more.

Wow. Friendly folks here, but this was by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Craziness.

I don’t go to coffee shops often. When I’m in the Nicollet Mall area, I will sometimes stop at this place for a cup of coffee. The staff and place do a great job at what they do. The staff is friendly, and they are prompt with having my order ready in a timely manner. Granted, it can be a little busy there at times, but the staff seems to handle everything pretty well. The coffee always tastes great, and it stays warm for a while(about what I expect from coffee). My favorite is the chocolate mint. Anytime I’m in the area and in the mood for some coffee, I will keep going there.

Chad helped me and he hooked me up with a large Pomegranate Vanilla Oolong Tea Latte and a bottle of water($ 2.15) for a total of $ 7.21. The space is typical of any Caribou Coffee. It is rustic, bright, and has a combination of wooden and leather furniture. There is also a fireplace. I sat in a plush, leather chair near the fireplace(and by an outlet). A man at a nearby table had to stretch his cord to the outlet by me and an elderly woman tripped(but did not fall) over it. I’ve seen other cafes have more generous outlet arrangements to avoid this sort of accident. I accidentally left my $ 20 jar of Hell’s Kitchen peanut butter. I called about it and spoke to Chad again. I was shocked that he remembered me. Unfortunately, my spendy peanut butter is gone.

Caribou is greater than Starbucks! Caribou knows how to make a mocha(without being told to make it extra hot!). Starbucks jacks up a mocha 83% of the time(according to my many studies). The people at this particular Caribou are fantastic!!! They handle an insanely large crowd with smiles and energy!

This became my go-to coffee spot since it’s a block away from the Hyatt and conveniently around the convention center. Reality check: 7 am and the place only has at most, 6 people in line compared to what I’m used to in SF and LA! Also, the barista /staff at this location are so so so so so friendly that it honestly made my day! They’re happy to serve you… literally. It’s sad how deprived I am with good service coming from the West Coast! Their coffee was good as well! I’m still loyal to CBTL but I’ll definitely look out for them next time I’m in the midwest! The fact that you can get different chocolate for your mocha… awesome! Their pastry section lacked punched… considering their design packaging and brand rocks… oh but their oatmeal was good! To the staff that worked from Oct 10 to Oct 13 in the morning: keep up the good work! You guys definitely made an impression on this island girl! Mahalo!

I LOVECARIBOUCOFFEE! I have loved this place since high school. The employees at the downtown skyway location are super fun and most of them know their customers by name. They also tend to wear fun hats some days. My go to drink– Carmel Latte, iced or hot with soy milk My guilty pleasure– Carmel Cooler Love the Chicken Apple Sandwich!

I’ve stopped ordering anything that differs from the menu options, here. The staff is super friendly, but there is never ANY froth on a latte(none. zip, zilch, not even a touch), and they always taste super watered-down. Also, for some reason, this Caribou in particular cannot seem to make a half-caramel latte with regular caramel. I have ordered it three times, and the last time I even specified I wanted half the normal amount of regular caramel. As the guy handed it to me, he said«Northern Lights» latte — ARGH. He re-made it super quickly, but it just frustrates the crap out of me!

When in Minnesota… I love Caribou and have for years. I was in town for a convention and while the other attendees were fruitlessly scouring for Starbucks, I hit the hometown favorite. The staff was exceedingly friendly and my iced coffee was perfect. I visited several times during the week as a reprieve from the hustle of the conference — great life choice. It’s a short walk from the Minneapolis Convention Center so if you find yourself there, find yourself here too.

I kinda hate to like a chain store this much but I do. My skim latte was divine and the seating was so comfortable. We were just going to grab a bite and go but ended up staying and longer and rush to get to work.

This Caribou is on Nicolette Mall in Minneapolis; right down the street from my company’s other home office so I was here for a visit. Everyone was so friendly! I loved the Vanilla Roobios Tea Latte; delicious! Sweet and hot which was perfect for the blizzard outside. Next time I am back here I’ll hit this location up!

When I visit Minneapolis I work near this location. I think Caribou Coffee has some of the best coffee of all coffee shops. I like this location because the staff is always friendly and helpful(of course, everyone in Minneapolis seems helpful and friendly compared to what I am used to in DC). However, compared to the coffee shops close to this one, I choose this one due in part to the staff. I LOVE that the company chooses to offer dark, milk, or white chocolate when I indulge and get a mocha. I have not tried all coffee shops around here, of course, but today when deciding between this one and another company across the street, I chose this one. I like to try new things, but sometimes a sure thing is what is called for. Thanks for the wonderful DARK chocolate mocha served with a smile and a bit of conversation.

I like this Caribou over other local Caribous because the staff is always polite and usually has some cute girls working the register and drinks(more than Starbucks at least). Seriously, though, they also have free samples of their drinks out every once in a while. They are prompt at making drinks and food, and even fulfilled my special request that they«super stir» my carbonated juice drink since the last time it had been too syrupy. Good going, guys, I’ll keep coming back.

Every time I come here I feel like I am visiting principals office and I did something wrong. One time I was buying 12 different drinks for the office, and I had the treatment of «OMG! Why did you come here?! I have to make all these drinks now,» instead of! «How nice of you to give us $ 60 of business and choosing us over Starbucks!» The drinks are too sugary. Diabetes!

Yeah, it’s just a Caribou. The service has been great here though, so now that I have a real job I will make it a point to stop in here instead of the other 8 million franchise coffee shops in the skyways when I feel like treating myself.

Friendly staff, good coffee, and tasty scones. Caribou Coffee originated in Minnesota, a vision born as the result of an Alaska trip, according to a staff member. There are so many Caribou outlets here(must be at least five within a one-mile radius) that it would take more time than I have to distinguish one from another. The product is generally good.

On a cold spring morning like today(with frost on the grass), a hot chocolate from Caribou is the best thing to get you going. Caribou has the best hot chocolate out of any chain and gives you multiple options… I recommend one of the mixed options(the full rack is my favorite — white, milk and dark chocolate!).

I’m not sure if this is the right location but close enough– This is more so about the Caribou in the US Bank building. It’s so easy to get to but honestly the grumpiest people work there! Between the manager(shorter/blonde woman) who barked at me because I was returning a mug from a different store to that location(Really?! It’s a white mug with the logo which Caribou doesn’t have those?!) To the guy at the register who looks like he is going to fall asleep — hardly says anything that you can hear above the other noise of the machines and grinders plus the other 10000,0000 target employees in line. Helpful note: what EVER you do — DONOT I repeat DONOT use Starbucks«lingo» at the ‘Bou they just look at you like you are crazy.(Small vs tall etc.…) Regardless I’ll“ll keep going back because I love the coffee and personally Starbucksd out.
