About 2 years ago, I was at a gas station when one of the sales reps verbally attacked me over my race/​ethnicity. He called me a dirty mexican, told me to go home and lose my baby weight and told me that i was a lazy low life from santa ana. Little did he know that same day, i was on my way to my university to finish up my exams for my MA. My father wanted to take legal action but i resisted as I only wanted to make sure this never happened again. The «vice president» called me and apologized and told me that the man had been let go.
Recently (2 years later), i was driving when i spotted the same man driving the same company car. My only advice is, next time you lie to someone that could still sue your company for damages is, make sure your sales rep at least gets a car with a different license plate. I still have the pictures and video of his racial slur.
