Met a friend for a picnic, little did we know that it was going to rain tonight. Luckily the rain didn’t last too long and lucky for us; there were some shelters to choose from.
This is a great park for picnicking, playing at the playground, walking down by the river, laying out on the big lawn, hosting a small gathering or strolling down one of the many paths. I had never been before, but will make it a point for a return visit.
A little shocked that there were not that many people out and about even after the rain stopped. This is a big sprawling, quiet park.
Nice little playground with swings, slides (even a wide one), monkey bars etc.
Great spot with great views of the city.
