It’s hard to even give one star. The part owner, or what he says he is, has come out to my place two times, last winter and this winter. He walked it, reset a switch and asked for payment, wasn’t at my place but 3 minutes. And then even had the nerve to ask me if he should put the screws back in on the plate. Heat went back out 5 minutes later, I called him, he said it’s probably the exchanger and he doesn’t deal with that. Do not use this service
