This place needs a good cleaning, updating, new staff and management… This place is a dump that should really be torn down!

PINBALL MACHINE ALERT! Literally they have 50 machines from old to new! It’s a bar, bowling alley and arcade all in one!
The food is your typical bar food and it’s always good. Service is solid (Mary is the bomb) and they are experienced.
They have a ton of games to play from old school to new. The bowling alley is solid and they have a ton of lanes. Pool tables too.
They also have poker on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Paul who runs it does a great job. I’ve always enjoyed my time when I’m there.

If you like the 70’s, then this is you place. Wouldn’t honor a Groupon purchased and paid for. Won’t be back. Don’t buy their scam.

This place is a joke. I bought a Groupon and used it today. It took them an hour to bring us our pizza and almost 2 hours for our fries and tator tots. Didn’t even apologize. The place was almost empty, so they weren’t busy. We ended up just leaving.

Easily the largest pinball machine collection I’ve been able to find in the Minneapolis area.
They have a handful of typical bar-​beat-​up arachnid Galaxy 2 dart boards. Those are saddled with about 10 classic arcade games (asteroids, centipede, but the rest appeared to be a handful of hacks). They have a nice GT2015 Live, Deal no Deal, the rest is can’t remember.
Food was typical bar burgers, fried stuff, and some other conventional dinner items (ribs, prime rib, etc) that I generally avoid when I’m in a bar. They have about 12 beers on tap. Service was pretty good. Décor is your average bar with 80’s influence and music in the background.
They have 24 bowling lanes, but we didn’t go there to bowl.
Make sure you take notice, the pins take quarters. So don’t dump your cash in the wrong change/​exchange machines. They have two for tokens only and two for quarters. We didn’t make that mistake, but if it’s your first time, ask for help like we did. Prior to asking for help, both change/​quarter machines were lit «out of order».
The condition of their pins are a mix of good and so-​so. The Rudy in the Funhouse doesn’t talk, the play field of the 8-​ball deluxe was shredded, their Freddy was titled and my in-​experienced wife dropped $ 1 in it before she noticed. The Monster Bash, Attack from Mars and another had a nice color DMD upgrade and played nice. They have a nice Wizard of Oz, but I must stink at this game because my games lasted less than 2 minutes and all it did was gobble our money faster than we could blink. Maybe we just had a bad night, but golly I’ve never seen so many unlucky drains in my life. The pins/​flippers played un-​usually fast and on more than several occasions we lost balls on play resume where the balls seemed aimed right thru the flipper gap. I was really enjoying Whirlwind and oops, ball pops up and jams in between a ramp and toy. I tried to get it loose, and the machine tilts.
People seemed to really be enjoying the new Kiss table.
Overall we had a fun time and we will be back sometime.

A very affordable place with tons of entertainment options, including bowling, classic arcade games, pool tables, and a huge selection of pinball machines. The restaurant food is pretty good as well.

Stopped for lunch today. Great food and great service. We had the specials. Price was excellent. Huge portions. Looks like a great place to have a drink after work. Sign said happy hour all day?
For the price and the good food couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed. They may need to do some advertising. When I’m in the area. I’m stopping, may be have a happy hour beer or two.

This place is great! There is pinball, air hockey, poker tables, and bowling. It is a real treat coming here and going back in time for a few hours. I have been here a handful of times. I have ordered food here once and it was sub par. Other than that… game on!

Great service and amazing food! Pam and Mary are both phenomenal bartenders! The bowling lanes are well kept. I always have a great time there.

Went to this establishment on a Thursday night for some appetizers and drinks. Bowling seemed like a lot of fun and it really is impressive just how many games there are! I liked the food (sampler) but the reason this is getting such a low score was because of the service.
Our waitress came and took our drink orders and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When she came back with our drinks, she took our food order. Again, we only ordered appetizers but it took a lot longer than expected.
When we were done, our plates sat there until we asked for boxes to go. She brought back one bill without asking if it needed to be split, which it did. No box. She came back with the separate bills. No box. She tossed our bills at the table which just added to my irritation because SHE STILL DIDN’T BRING ME A BOX!
I will have to try this again but I hope that there will be better service. I don’t need you to call me the Queen but I do expect better service than what she provided.

This place is one of my favourites for grabbing a burger and a few beers after work. Having only lived in the cities for a few months, this is by far the cheapest place for a glass of beer. Someday I’ll actually bowl, but for now I love this place. I don’t even have to say anything and Jen is already getting me a Blue Moon. Thanks, Jen!

I’m with Tone J on this one. While the bowling is nice if you want to bowl, I’m making the drive up for the pinball.
Seriously. If you like pinball, you WILL piss yourself when you walk through that door. They have everything and they have many. I mean MANY! From old school machines to the recent stuff. It is awesome.
Sure the prices vary (25 cents to a $ 1) but who ever thought that one day you could play an AC/​DC pinball machine and then pick the song YOU want to hear play when it’s YOUR turn? Too f’n cool. Plus the game itself has some fantastic pin action.
My usual routine is this:
Get a beer.
Find a machine and load up some credits.
Play like mad.
Ball drains.
Give the machine a bump and cuss as I try to save it.
Undo my pinball stance and step aside.
Take a drink from previously mentioned beer.
Watch my bud as he has his run.
Repeat.

The choices of pinball are very extensive. I typically order wings at Blainebrook which have always been very good. Also, I have ordered a Nathans Hot Dog from the menu and it was surprisingly very good.

Best place in town to play pinball, hands down!

First off, they ARE open Sundays. This is an old school kind of place where I swear I could see my dad sitting the after handing us kids a pile of quarters and sending us to the huge pin ball room. You know this place was thick with smoke back when you could smoke indoors but there is no trace of it now.
We shared cheese bread and I had a great grilled cheese sandwich. My BF had a chicken wrap that he liked. He then finished my sandwich and really like that too. This time around it was good, solid uncomplicated food. I did not eat too much because I was not feeling well but what I did taste was really good.

This was the second year that I went here for a bowling tournament and I thoroughly enjoy this venue. Now, I’m not the greatest bowler, but the lanes seem pretty well maintained. One of the great things about this place is that it is huge. The last two tournaments that I have been at there both have had about 60+ people there and it did not feel crowded at all.
Service at the desk and in their restaurant has been great, very warm and welcoming. Pricing is fair for food and drink are fair.
One thing that should be noted is that the address is wrong on Unilocal.Blainbrook is in Blaine, not Minneapolis.

Big place! They have a lot of pinball machines too.
There are at least 40 – 50 machines ready to play here. A lot of oldies and a lot of newer games as well. A buck a game for the pinball games by the bar?! The other room has regular 50 cent pinball games though. Good overall selection of games.
They have other related arcade games, mainly older ones. Lots of kids running around in the game room area so be careful.
Plenty of parking and there’s a bowling alley and bar all within the same place, so plan on spending the whole night here! Check it out! Especially if you like pinball!

My boyfriend and I were in town visiting my parents over the holiday and wanted to get out of the house. We drove by this place and saw that the parking lot was pretty full so we decided to check it out.
To our surprise they had a bowling special: buy 2 games, get one free plus is was happy hour time too! We had a couple of drinks, some snacks and enjoyed our super cheap games of bowling.
The place was a good time and we’d love to go back when we are in town again. Oh and the giant room of pinball machines was awesome too! Such a good time.

These guys are so cool to host the «Pinball Tournament» every month. Allowing an outlet for Pinball enthusiasts to gather and compete on a regular basis.
