Big Bob’s was great at installing new carpet and hardwoods in our town home. They got the exact match from our town home hardwood that was installed 7 years before by the original build. Chad, was great with helping us select an affordable but wearable product and decide when to implement that hardwood and when to lay down the carpet throughout the house! Measurements and installation were timely and they priced matched close to Costco prices!

Big Bob’s installed carpet at our new church location. The look is FABULOUS. They did an excellent job of getting two slightly uneven surfaces to merge well. The attention to detail was wonderful. An excellent price and excellent service.
