This is the Mall of America location. Now the first time I went here I had wonderful customer service. They were very helpful(when I was buying something). Now I bought an expensive dress for my birthday, but when my birthday came I chickened out. The dress was to revealing for me. So 3 weeks after buying the dress I tried to exchange it, on my birthday… Well I guess it was a special evening dress(or something) and there was a tag on it(not by the price tag), That said I had only 48 hours to return it. Nobody said anything about that return policy when I bought it. So I asked to speak to the manager, to let her know I was not informed of this policy, when I purchased it. She kept telling it wasn’t her employees responsibility, it was mine to read their policies on the receipt, and to look at all the tags on the dress I had bought. I thought that big old tag was care instructions! I understand people buy stuff, where it and then return it, but there is no need to be rude, and point the finger at me. I work retail, and I would never tell a customer they were wrong, and to read the receipt next time!
