Yes well the DVD your company installed in my brand new vehicle didn’t work. I drove 220 miles to have your company fix it. You replaced it and then my car kept dying so it was hooked up incorrectly. Then I had to come back again for y’all to fix it. After a few visits you replaced the unit once again. This time with a junky refurbished unit (although I paid $ 1500 through the dealer for a new unit) and IT doesn’t work at all!!!
I had to take it to someone here in austin to check it out and it’s the unit not my car! So thank you for terrible and unprofessional service and Products! Oh and when I contacted your owner he said too bad! How would you like to be treated like that?
