Been here about half a dozen times since they opened. While the food is fine, the price charged isn’t. 2 different occasions I have been overcharged. 1st time I was double-billed(claimed credit card didn’t go through, so I paid cash and guess what, the credit card had been charged). Today they are supposed to be running a special for 89¢ Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburgers. I made sure to ask if they were honoring the special and was told they were. WRONG, they charged full price. I had hoped when they opened that they would provide a little variety to the area but now, they are officially on the never come back list.

We went through the drive-thur and ordered 4 drinks. 10 minutes later we get our drinks and they all taste like straight soda water. The manager Corrine was super rude about having to remake the drinks and proceeded to argue about what we ordered. Not going back to that place again.

Service is EXTREMELY slow. If you’re willing to wait about half an hour, then go for it. Not a good choice on my lunch break, like I was hoping for. I’ve been 5 or 6 times. Haven’t had one meal come fast. It takes forever to just PLACE you’re order. However, I don’t like giving bad reviews, so I will say that the food is delicious.

I have been here a couple of times since opening day, the service was a little slow but that is to be expected with a new store. I ordered the chicken strips and they came out fine. Overall very impressed

Gave Sonic another shot and my order was very good. Tried a Coney Dog again that comes with chili and cheese with a side of onion rings. It hit the spot. A couple days later I tried a vanilla cake shake and it was very tasty. Can’t beat the price.

I’ve been here twice since the opening and have had a good experience both times. Of course the wait is long. It just opened, we’ve been waiting for it to be built for FOREVER, and the closest one is almost an hour away. The 1st visit I was able to get a spot in a stall. The guy that took my order was such a sweetheart. He even waved his hat at me from inside, to show me his face as he took my order. My carhop was awesome. He was doing tricks with his serving tray and brought out the condiments I asked for. I waited about 15 min and that’s with me deciding what I wanted to order. My 2nd trip, I had to use the drive-thru. The person that took my order was very friendly and the lady that took my money and gave me my food was also friendly. I waited about 10 min. REMINDER– THISIS A TIPJOB! I’M NOTSUREIFNVKNOWSTHIS, BUTPLEASETIPYOURCARHOP! :-) Another thing, if you’re there to sit on the patio, for goodness sake, park on the street. It’s not that far. I’m sure you could use a little exercise. I’ve been to Sonic’s all over the country and I think this is my best experience so far. Again, it’s not their fault the wait is longer than McDonalds. It’s new & everyone and their Mom wants to eat there. Mmmm, I’m craving their tater-tots right now! lol PS– PLEASE bring back the fried mac n cheese balls!!! :-)

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I have wanted a Sonic to come to the valley for years. Too bad when it finally did it’s WORTHLESS! My office is literally 2 doors down from here, but still, I didn’t even attempt to go for the first week they were open, thinking they’d work out the kinks. No such luck. I’ve tried to go her 3 times this week. NONE with a satisfactory experience! First time was for breakfast. Only had to wait about 10 min, but despite repeating my order of a breakfast burrito and a drink to me, they tried to overcharge me ~$ 2.00. When I called it to her attention at the window, she acted like she didn’t even know what I ordered. She took longer to re-ring the order than it took to get me my food, Then when I paid, she short changed me, and I had to correct her again. Next time was lunch. While the car hop menu’s may be modern and readable, the big board in the drive thru is not. So when I couldn’t read that the cheddar pepper poppers came in orders 2, 4 and 8 and ordered 5, they actually gave me crap over the speaker. Then they overcharged me again, which I didn’t notice until I’d left when I wondered why it cost $ 13+ for a burger, 4 cheddar pepper poppers and a drink. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment at 3:30, so at 2:50 I drove over. The drive thru was backed up out to the street so it took 5+ min just to get to the lot. Then 3 spaces in the car hop area opened up, so I thought, I’ll just jump in there and order before the drive-thru. HUGEMISTAKE! I ordered at 2:55(2 corn dogs and a drink). By 3:15, I’m getting concerned. at 3:20, I push the order button again. It says wait a minute, and then they turn it off without so much as a «we’re working on your order.» I think it must be a malfunction, and press it again. Then again. NOONEEVERSAYSORDOESANYTHING. It’s 3:25 now, and I have to leave. I’d have called the # on the receipt to complain. except in the 2 times I went where I actually received an order, I NEVER got a receipt, and you don’t get a receipt when you can’t stay long enough to get your order.(And apparently 35 minutes isn’t long enough to wait for 2 corn dogs and a drink.) Waited 35 minutes in the drive through line for three shakes. All kids running this place and had no idea what they were doing. The girl at the drive through window was eating beef jerky and drinking a squirt. Second bite into my shake was huge hair. Will not be going back. Where are the managers or adults?

The cons first: Echoing what others have said – the horrible design of the drive-thru, carhop parking and exit is a clusterf**k. Pray there isn’t some kind of emergency at this place on a busy day, because emergency equipment ain’t gettin’ in, and the customers ain’t gettin’ out. This is the big issue that kept this review from being a solid 3 – 4 stars. The evening we were there, we were parked in the lone handicapped space(one? really?), which was on the end closest to the drive-thru. For some reason known only to Sonic, literally every 2 minutes, a guy on roller skates would NOISILY race past the front of the car pushing a large, empty gray trash can, also on wheels. The noise level when he did this was astounding, I’ve heard quieter elevated trains. You had to shout to be heard. Over the 20 minutes we were there, this guy must have gone by 10 times, easy. It was a horrible thing to have to listen to while trying to eat your meal. Maybe they do this to drive off customers? It worked for us, believe me! The pros: The menu board display is modern, the order taking smooth and I LOVED the way your order displays as they are taking it, completely eliminates the game of you and the employee shouting ‘What?’ at each other. Über slick. You can swipe your credit card right there and pay for everything, but make sure you have cash to tip the carhops! Our carhop was quick, efficient and pleasant, and we tipped accordingly. The only mistake in our order was onions on my burger when I’d ordered no onions, otherwise the food was OK. Not great, but not the worst I’ve ever had, either. We will definitely be back to try again, hopefully once the novelty has worn off this place the drive-thru/carhop park/exit nightmare will resolve.

Too new. Very confused. The person taking my order from the patio could not hear from the hwy traffic so she had to come out and take the order. There is a lot of traffic through drivethru so people could not get to the stalls. The food is typical sonic so of course it is good, they just need to work out the bugs.
