This place sucks… It was waaaay better before they renivated to some idiotic Kids Clubhouse, and changeda Management…. I had been going there for ten years… The other day I ordered a Peporonni Pizza, and it had a ton of nasty grease all pooled on top. I told the manager that I couldn’t eat it, and just asked for my money back. She refused to give me my money back, and said that all she would do for me was to make me another pizza of a different kind… She also told me that all of the standing grease was«normal»… Well, I have been getting pizza.(HAD been getting) there when she was probebly in grade school, and that wasn’t normal… Goodby Round Table…

This place is all remodeled and has amazing service. They even have new food options available. It’s the perfect place to grab a great pizza and watch some sports. I will definitely be back. Because of the location it isn’t showcased as well as it should be and if they kept the maintenance up on the grounds a little better, it would grab or encourage people to show more interest. But I would DEFINITELYRECOMMEND this roundtables location. Stop by and have a slice!

I don’t know what it used to be like but I know staff rotates in some places. I was helped by two women who were young but polite and friendly. I was never ignored and everyone seemed to shower and generally give a cuss. Anyway the place has all day happy hour on Thursday. The booths are new and the bar is clean. Just go!

This location has been recently updated and always clean. I compare this to the west Linn location. The staff is friendly too and I have never had a problem with orders or service. The pizza is better than Pizza Hut and other local chains.

Super disappointed tonight. Service wasn’t very thorough. Messed up are order and tried to make us pay for something we thought we paid for. The salad bar wasn’t stocked enough for how much you pay. When we did pay for the items we originally ordered(toppings on the side) and never got, it was slapped on a plate and not nearly enough. Plus got it served 20 minutes after we received our pizza. I’m sad normally we love coming here.

Pizza was not as good as last time. Crust has changed for sure, and not for the better. Nobody around clearing tables, we had a hard time finding one. Disappointed.

Round Table has been my favorite pizza chain for more than 30 years. Their slogan«the last honest pizza» has always rung true for me. Coming in at 7:00 on a Friday night was just sad. There were a few other occupied tables in the cavernous interior. We spent $ 26 for a tiny medium pizza and 2 soft drinks, not even beers. When did that happen? It took way too long to get our pizza, which was pretty good. The entire time we were there, the staff of young people neglected three tables of dirty dishes. YUCK. I’m sad that I won’t be coming back. I’ll get two big Papa Murphy’s pizzas for the same price. The market is way too competitive for this kind of pizza experience.

Mostly went to Round Table to try their new Italian Trio pizza. For a large pizza chain, the pizza was actually better than most other pizza chain restaurants, although not as good as a couple of the local pizza shops. Also the prices here are much less than other pizza parlors I’ve been to recently.

To be honest, the only times I come here is for a somewhat monthly meeting and there are at least 50 – 60 other folks in attendance. I feel like they do a good job of waiting on us, getting the food out pretty quickly and haven’t had any of the difficulties others have mentioned. Recently I did the salad bar and while there were a lot of choices, I found the lettuce itself to be waterlogged. However a quick tap, tap on the side of bowl was sufficient to at least make things tolerable. My only complaint is during our meetings when the hosts are speaking, it would be nice if the place could turn off the house music.

I’ll start with the pros… It’s convenient. Ok now the cons. Other than tonight the last time we were there was when we held our daughters 1st birthday party last december. We booked the party room months ahead of time but when the day came after being there for a half an hour setting up we found out that they booked three parties for the two rooms. When the problem came to a head because all the parents were there we were left to solve the problem ourselves while the hostess ran and hid. After we split up the restaurant into three sections we continued to get no service constantly having to check on food and things that were ordered. The food was alright, price was a little high and service was none existent, it is a prime example of poor work ethic and human factor errors. Tonight, again because of convenience we decided to order a pizza. We went into the restaurant and ordered the largest size of the king arthur. I waited with my twenty month old for 24 min then finally went up to the counter and after finally getting the attention of one of the people taking orders on the phone, since no one else seemed to notice me, asked how much longer my pizza would take. First thing he does is look in the pizza warmer and what a surprise there it is. With no apologize or explanation I get handed my $ 27 soggy luke warm pizza. All in all I think this restaurants biggest down fall is the employees. I do not think it is the personnel persay as much as lack of training, lack of leadership, and lack of concern for success of the restaurant. If I were the owner/manager I would highly consider taking more concern in your staff.

Wow what a bad experiance waited 40 minutes for our pizza(it was cold when it got to our table) and we never did get our cheesy bread 45.00 for poor service cold food and crappy attitude from the help. When I asked for the manager I was told that the manager never works nights. Well needless to say that will be the last time I EVEREATATTHISROUNDTABLE

Wow, this place used to be excellent, excellent, excellent… but they’ve managed to screw up the last 3 orders completely. I called the manager, and his response was basically, «do you want a refund or something»…nice attitude… I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after a quick note to their corporate headquarters. Don’t waste your money !!

This Round Table is really large inside and has recently been remodeled. It’s kept very clean. They have a large party room. I frequent here often because they have a huge salad bar for a great price. Our office also orders pizza here every couple months. The pizza is great. The only complaints I have is they have forgotten the extra tomato’s we’ve ordered several times and sometimes when I’m in getting a salad the management employee’s are loudly discussing employee issues in the back.
