User beware.
In Sept 2014, I hired Travis Coliron from Rose City’s Premier Lawn & Garden to trim a tree. (See the picture for receipt) As I was getting other contractors to give me quote for other work, Travis said he did more than lawn and want to give me quotes too. I end up using him for several other jobs.
One of the jobs had problem, when I tried to contact Travis about it. He didn’t respond to my call or email. So I research on Rose City’s Premier to see if there is an owner that I can talked with.
I called Rose City’s Premier phone number looking for Travis. Jeremy picked up, and Travis was next to him. When Travis didn’t show up to fix the issue, I texted Jeremy again. This is where things get interesting.
Jeremy called me to deny Travis works for Rose City’s Premier, and yell at me for contacting Rose City’s Premier. I told him how Travis gave me reciepts from Rose City’s Premier, and last time I called Travis was next to him. He basically deny any responsibilities.
I did some more research, and Travis was indeed part of Rose City’s Premier. (See the picture of their ad.)
All I saying is be careful, as they said they are a ‘family own company’ but when things go wrong I guess no one wants to honor their words.
