We selected Bill with Ridgefield homes to do repairs on a town home we moved into last summer: Decking replacement, fence repair, siding improvement and repair of a rotten window casing as well as smaller repairs. Importantly, we felt comfortable with Bill immediately and felt we could entrust him with the repairs. We were not disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill from Ridgefield Homes over this past July 2015 as he worked on my hillside home in Portland to renovate and repair two walk-​on roof decks (which included dry rot repair, replacement of the decking, application of Gaco waterproofing and the installation of a new deck overhang roof).
From the initial estimation process thorough to the final clean up, I found Bill and his team to be professional, competent, easy to work with and conscientious. They kept me informed, worked diligently and did a beautiful job.
I recommend Ridgefield Homes without reservation.

In Spring 2015 I needed to prepare my house for sale and this required replacing some bad T-​111 siding before painting the exterior. I interviewed 6 companies for the siding work and contracted with Bill Clark of Ridgefield Homes.
If I could give him 6 stars I would. From the outset and at every step, Bill was professional and competent. He did a walk-​around, gave me a very reasonable quote (fast), showed up on time and did a great job. I used to remodel houses and I know what good work looks like. He even hauled away some scrap wood for me at no additional cost.
