I am stunned by how this business operates. Please heed all the Unilocal warnings and look elsewhere. 1st appointment was a «No show» with no call. One of the owners arrived at my door two hours late and told me they couldn’t do it because«their guy was at another job». I lost a day at work due to the error but I was dumb enough to reschedule. The worker spent most of the time on sales calls with other clients. After multiple issues, I decided to go with another operator and I’m glad I did.

If zero star was an option, I’d use it. They did a tub/shower refinish about 10 years ago. The unit has had very light use. Recently it blistered and peeled in two very small spots. We are unable to find the paperwork so they have no interest in helping. Be warned if you use this process be sure to read the fine print on their«lifetime» warranty and understand there are no alternatives to complete replacement when it fails.

So I needed my tub refinished, I called Renew it July 7th2014, the call went OK and we scheduled my initial consultation and repair for July 14th at 9AM. I received a call July 8th saying they forgot to write down the day and time(worrisome but not a deal breaker). We again went over the details. So July 14th rolls around and I wake up early on my day off to meet them at 9AM. Guess what, nobody came. I call at 9:40 and they have no idea where«their guy» is and say they will get back to me. Half an hour later I get a call saying I am not even scheduled. I can not speak to the quality of their work because they can not even be bothered to show up. They did call back and apologize and asked to reschedule.

Matt and Mike at Renew-It in Milwaukie top notch honest guys. Fast, efficient and left my property in clean condition. On time and did I say HONEST!!! Yes I would definately use them again.
