Good, fast service. Got help from a trainee and he did just fine. The rental policy was broke down and rental insurance, while required was provided and accessable. The 1 $ for my first month is a great deal.

This is coming from my first day experience with this facility. Moving from New Mexico to Portland, we booked this storage unit by phone at a lower rate than quoted when we arrived. It was not a problem, and we were given the lower rate. Nicole was helpful and patient with us, as we’d just come off the road for almost a week, and were pretty fuzzy around the edges. She patiently showed us unit options and quickly completed the paperwork once we decided. The space we moved our things into was clean and well lit, and I like that there’s a coded gate at the entry. So far so good. We’re happy and expect to stay that way.

They close at 6pm on Friday night. I was in a crunch for time and arrived at 5:45pm. Kayla was the manager on duty and was very accommodating. I selected a storage unit and signed a contract. Great service.

This is a general statement on this company. The facilities are usually clean, and secure. So is the competition’s. They lure you in with a «free month» only to jack up your rent 10% every year just because they can. They don’t tell you that in your contract. They DO tell you, however, that if you fail to pay they will sell your stuff, and that they will then charge you for selling it.
Do yourself a favor: get with a privately owned company. They are more concerned with keeping customers than they are about making an extra $ 10 a month on a storage space that would otherwise sit empty for months.
