I am changing my review. This place is just okay. Ever since I’ve gone on a health kick, low fat diet, it doesn’t seem like they have many healthy soup choices. It’s okay, but I would never choose to go here and spend my own money as it’s overpriced for pick two, Panera is better my a mile, by both price and their sandwhiches are just medicore, plus, the service is subpar.

Another great place to go for soup and sandwiches! So many soup/sandwich/and salad combinations! You can taste test any soup before ordering! The manager was super insightful and made sure my first visit was welcoming! $ 11 for my soup and wrap! The lobster bisque is rich and thick with real lobster! The quinoa veggie wrap is hearty and zesty! Great franchise!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite for lunch. Had the chicken fajita soup and loco burrito salad… Both were great! Good, fast, healthier option for on the go

The most mediocre $ 10 lunch ever. And let it be known I’ve pretty much never met a lunch combo I didn’t like. Save a few $ and go get something delicious at Noodles across the street.

Good service. Located close to home so I would return. Wider selection of soups compared to Panera Bread which is the only reason why I would chose to go here instead.

Yummy soup. Perfect! Inn the neighborhood. Wide, sometimes strange variety. They give you samples, so you can test your adventurous side. I’m not big on their sandwiches, but that doesn’t really say much, sorry. For some reason I cannot find how to update reviews. My sandwich comments have nothing to do with Zoup, it’s me. Not a sandwich eater. Sorry for not being clear.

My favorite little place. Of all the places for lunch in the area Zoup is always my go to. So many different choices. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The place is always extremely clean. The owner is very present he’s always in making sure customers are satisfied. Bathrooms are very clean and the music is pleasant.

I am so glad this caught my eye one day when out to buy groceries at the pick n save on Ogden. I LOVE soup, sandwiches, and salads. The perfect trifecta! A lot of choices for a yummy lunch, and on the healthier side. The workers are extremely friendly and greet everyone as they walk in. There is a soup sampling area, with many, many options! Although many unique options, I admit I am obsessed with the lobster bisque, which is a regularly featured soup, and I always end up getting that because I cannot resist! But I try to sample a couple each time, all delicious! Anyways, this place reminds me of Panera, which I also love. What makes Zoup stand apart from the others is the soup sampling. The soup selections is definitely stronger than the salad and sandwiches, although there are a good variety for these as well. I have tried a few different sandwiches and salad selections and am never disappointed. This is becoming a favorite and one of my regulars for a quick lunch!

WHAT!?! I am an avid«Soup Lover», or should I say«Zoup Lover», regardless of the weather. Great customer service… delicious soup selections… and other goodies. Woot! Woot! Strange thing though, I was at Starbucks(East Point) the other day and didn’t see this place from my vantage point. It’s right there!!! Lol!

I love the cleanliness of the restaurant. every time I come someone working always is sure to greet me as soon as they see me! this place is fast and friendly! I would definitely say you pay for what you get– it’s not over priced. only thing I would add is to have chicken noodle soup on the daily during flu/winter season. I came in craving that and there was none so I got the chicken pot pie instead and it was still delicious!

Two weeks ago I had a boyfriend who just had 4 wisdom teeth pulled, and a six year old with a bad cough and fever in my home. I live less than two blocks from this place and while I had seen it, received flyers about the place, and knew people who enjoyed it, I had never been but decided maybe it was a good day for there to be soup in the house. I walked in and was greeted by plenty of friendly staff. The interior is clean, well lit and inviting with the amazing smells that flow through the door. At the counter, there were 10+ soup options to choose from, and from what I recall, they change every day. I was able to sample multiple soups before deciding, which I appreciated, since I’ve got some pretty picky eaters at home. Each bowl of soup came with a chunk of bread, which was warmed up and soft right there in store. Ultimately, we decided on the chicken & dumpling, corn and clam chowder, and a curry style soup. All of them tasted fresh, and amazing. I am a big fan of the Soup Market, but I’ve found that Zoup has a larger variety and is much closer to my home. I believe the manager/owner there mentioned that this was the only one of it’s chain in Wisconsin. Overall, I am very pleased to have visited these guys and will surely be back!

Pleasantly surprised! I went in due to a mailer they sent out, and the lady working the soup counter was very friendly and explained how the whole thing worked. As I was standing there, 4 other people who had never been before came in and she went over the spiel again. Basically, they have 2 standard soups(Lobster Bisque and Chicken Pot Pie) and the others rotate. They also have a bunch of salads and sandwiches to go with them. A soup and a half sandwich or salad ran about 9 – 10 dollars. I got the lobster bisque and a ½ cobb salad and was impressed with both. The whole thing reminded me of Panera, but better. It’s a solid choice for fast casual that I’m sure I’ll return to as we enter the colder winter months.

Great little spot to stop for lunch. Interior is clean and organized with cute decorations. The ‘instructions’ are clearly posted, an area for taste testing and sampling, and an area to order. They offer a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. The soups come in three sizes, and the sandwich/salads are sold as either a half or whole. I opted for the ‘taste two’ that comes with a side of soup and either half sandwich or salad for just over eight bucks. They explained their attention to ingredients, broth and soup when I walked in and expressed that I’d never been. They said that they alternate soups every day, and offer all the samples you want in order to get a better feel for their unique offerings like curried chicken, lobster bisque and chicken pot pie. I went with the cobb salad and the beef barley soup. After ordering, it took less than 5 minutes for my name to be called. I had upgraded from a side of soup to a cup, for only 99 cents and it was the perfect amount. The soup was very good and I could tell that it was fresh because the broth, while thick, was not curdled and nasty. The barley still held a firm chewiness as it should. The beef was plentiful, and the veggie pieces were nice and large. I expected a small side of salad, and what I got was a beautiful built salad with fresh purple onion, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon crumbles, and guac in the middle! It was so tasty. We were in, fooded and out in about half an hour, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. While it’s often compared to a panera, I like the larger variety of soup and the sampling — not to mention it was less expensive. I’ll be back! I can see this becoming a regular winter rotation.

Hands down my new favorite soup and sandwich restaurant in Milwaukee! I will never go to Panera again! I’ve tried 2 soups so far and both were incredibly fresh tasting made real vegetables and meat. The sandwiches are amazing and perfectly toasted with great tasting deli meats and ingredients. I ordered a whole turkey club sandwich, a Asian side salad(enough to be a whole meal), with a half sandwich, and a cup of soup all for about 22 $ and everything was perfectly made. Can’t wait to keep coming back all winter for fresh hot soup.

Service is always friendly, soups are very good. The dill in their Greek salad was a little odd, but that’s minor and gets a pass. I’d eat here more often but I feel like I’m killing the planet each time I toss all of the plastics away in the trash. I’d encourage them to use real silverware, plates and bowls. Or at the very least have a recycling bin.

The half Greek salad is a solid choice. It’s a considerable portion, and the veggies were surprisingly fresh with lots of feta. Also ordered the small chicken pot pie soup which was good, not great. It could have had more chicken and not a fan of the crumb topping, so I’ll opt out on that next time. I really enjoyed the warm sourdough bread accompaniment-great for dunking. I’m not a fan of chains, but I would definitely suggest this as a decent fast lunch spot. 3.5 stars.

Upon entering we were greeted by friendly employees welcoming us. We tasted several of the delicious soups. It was a hard decision because they all tasted wonderful. Our orders were ready quickly. The place was busy yet still clean and orderly. We will be returning to try other soups. What a great location, friendly atmosphere, and overall great experience!!!

Everyone is friendly encouraged me to sample before purchase. I didn’t see a quick way to look up nutritional values, However, I have seen them online. Today I purchased split pea. I like it. Thick, not too salty, tastes like a pea. Sounds odd but some places it does not. Would purchase again. I also purchased a chicken chop shop. Sorta chicken chili like but lighter and heavier than say a chicken noodle. Zouper tasty. Nice tender meat. Not too salty. Would purchase again. There is a lot of soup competition in the area and will place this up there with Simmer. Since this is a chain I hope to see consistent results. Upgrade to five stars. Consistently friendly service. Such a rare thing to find these days. Everyone is polite. I don’t get that disgruntled attitude from anyone. The soup has been consistently excellent. Even cold the next day. My favorite is the red lentil curry. I really hope this place continues to flourish. I liked soup on the healthier side so if you are a salt addict this may be too bland. Perfect for those in a rush, looking for a quick healthy fix!

Sunday afternoon visit, plenty of time to have a couple tasters, but I should have paid attention to the Lemon Lentil somehow not being dairy free, and I believe that sat like iron in my gut. Also my multigrain bread easily crushed into a dough balls(Katie will love), thus may have contributed to poor tummy. Place itself is quite new and still truly spotlessly clean. My true choice of Vegetable Waves of Grain itself was a hale and tasty offering. While salty, not at all overwhelming. Many of veggies I wouldn’t normally care for, but all together pleasing with the various grains they were mixed with. I unMotzzed the Summer Berry salad. Quality berriez and fresh greens. Wasteful amount of a nice rasp. bal. vin. included with my little trytwo size salad. Likely will just get just Zoup in future visits as the Ztock Greenz and Sandwichz don’t really appeal to me. Do like having Gazpacho options, was just too cold yesterday. Don’t like them yelling Hot Soup every time they refresh a bucket, ugg! At least they’re refreshing them. I will try some of their other 200 recipes later.(Only 12 each day)

ZOUP! ZOUP! ZOUP! It would be nice to say I wasn’t in the mood for soup on a spring day in Milwaukee, but it’s still in the upper 40’s and its pouring! This new establishment has soup, sandwiches and salads that will serve anyone’s taste. I had the Santa Fe Chili which was delicious and the tuna salad with capers. This tuna has a nice twang to it with a hint of rosemary. Service was really fast and best of all, they let you sample the soups before you order so you’ll really get what you want.
