William Ho’s Chinese Foods

Its okay. I would. Not order everything. Sometimes delivery can take over 2 hours. Other then extended waits and sub par food its not bad for the price.

We randomly stopped in here while driving around looking for a lunch spot. I was hopeful as a vegetarian who eats shellfish that there would be plenty on the lunch buffet. Well there wasn’t, and I ended up getting something on the menu. I got a tofu and vegetable mix in a medium spice sauce, the waitress was very nice to accommodate my made-​up order, as the menu had a lot but it all seemed like it was the same thing just repeated. The sauce, vegetables and rice were all good except the tofu wasn’t baked or fried. It have never come across tofu from an Asian restaurant that wasn’t baked in some way. I personally can’t eat raw tofu, it just is yuck, so I picked around it and are the veggies.

The food was good. But i ordered a simple shrimp and broccoli at 10:30 PM and he came at 1 AM. I had already accepted that the food wasn’t going to come so i made other arrangements. so I wasn’t even hungry when it finally arrived.

Alien love their lunch buffet. It’s $ 6.95!
The foods are not super fancy, but good enough for the price. Alien’s favorite is grilled chicken on stick. Alien also love all-​you-​can-​eat crab rangoon!

Wow, has this place gone downhill. The food was awful, and most of it we tossed in the garbage uneaten. Really sad that a place that’s been around so many years has taken a terrible turn.

Our normal Chinese place just south on Oakland happened to be closed one night so we thought we’d give William Ho’s a try. I hadn’t eaten there in many years but it used to have a good reputation. We picked up. How was the food? After a few bites I had to send it all down the sink via the garbage disposal. This was the most disgusting, slimy, weird food I have ever seen… ever. My wife agreed. We were both starving but couldn’t even eat more than a few bites. The broccoli was slimy, the beef chewy and the egg foo young & eggroll were just plain weird/​gross. In fact, unbelievably gross. Never again. It’s makes the other place’s Chinese seem like 5-​star gourmet.
