Walked in to the store and started looking through the freezer cases for cookie dough. Today is jan 21st… there were orange pumpkin cookies, turkey cookies… seemed odd that they were still selling cookies from oct and nov… moved down the cases and there seemed to be ice inside most of the cookie bags, like freezer burn ice… needless to say i didnt buy anything and the person «working» was looking at her phone the whole 5 minutes i looked around. Never said a word to me.

Never thought to really check this place out until I couldn’t find some things at Penzeys. They sell bulk baking products and hard to find specialty cooking products. Good selection of mixes, flours, I would recommend for those seeking gluten free cooking products. The staff seemed pretty knowledgeable about their products and were helpful when they didn’t have what I needed. I will definitely be back for their well priced baking goods.

When my gf and I went there to check it out. The lady barely made a smile. The cookies came out great and they have a great selection but customer service has not warm or inviting. She seemed like she was doing us a favor when we cashed out. The owner should hire better employees
