After numerous calls to drain cleaning services I got a call back from Chris the owner operator at Tuffys. All companies wanted up to triple the price for the weekend. Chris came out on a Sunday, cleared my laundry room drain and charged me the normal rate. He was fast, clean and through. He even made suggestions of how to avoid the problem in the future. He offered to come back if the problem returned within a few months, which he assured it would not. He even sent a follow up text for me to contact him if I had further problems.

They answered the phone @ 10:30 pm. Scheduled for the morning and promptly showed on time, did the work expediently with minimal mess. Cleared my main pipe of a 6′ root mass. 1st time I’ve had to use a service for this issue and I am greatly pleased.

I have used Tuffy for all my business and personal plumbing needs. Chris Kling is exceptionally honest and fast. He has done everything from roughing new construction for me to unclogging sewer drains at one of my business’s. I highly recommend him.
