Tosa Pediatrics

Not a review of doctors, but this place is just poorly managed. Appointment was delayed by an hour and reception is not friendly. Next time, we’ll probably opt for organized hospital pediatrics as we did in California than private clinics.

We love Tosa Pediatrics. We’ve been patients for about a year — the staff are great, the docs are excellent, and we never have any trouble making an appointment.

We are in the market for new healthcare and chose to pay more to stay at Tosa Pediatrics with Dr. Marsho. That’s how much we like him, and the practice as a whole.

This is a wonderful practice. My son’s primary doctor is Dr. Stabelfeldt. But, at one time or another, I have dealt with all of the doctors here and I couldn’t be happier. If you have to call the on call doctor after hours, they always call back immediately. They are all helpful and they are realists; they do not dramatize things, they give you the truth in language you can understand. They are also all very good at talking to children. They have never once made me feel that my questions or concerns weren’t important. Highly recommended!

With the birth of my first child in June 2012, I was so happy my lady doc recommended Tosa Pediatrics and in particular Dr. Ellen Stabelfeldt. She is amazing! Not only is she a hoot — always wearing wacky earrings and the sort of colorful outfits children love — she’s so attentive and caring. She is chock full of great advice, realistic tips and encourages parents to call anytime with questions. She has made first-​time parenthood a lot less scary.
Dr. Timm is also very, very nice and a wonderful resource for parents as well.
The nurses are so sweet and caring as well, always making you feel welcome and making your child feel special and loved.
The building looks a little ‘60s from the outside, but it’s what, and particularly, who, is inside that counts.
I also appreciate that there’s a special room for 6 months and under, to keep germs away. And I LOVE that there’s a lactation consultant right next door that collaborates with the docs. So, so helpful as a young mom.
