The Shoreline Company

Lived at the Devonshire location on Prospect Ave for 1.5 years and here is my review.
Good Things
— Location is just near the lake and Brady street
— Tenants are laid back, no late noise or other disturbances
— Landlord brings in packages from front door if you leave a note
Bad Things
— Lights flicker, dusty, creaky wood floors, but hey — its an older building
— Power outage at least once per summer
— Live in landlord at the time was not very friendly or customer service oriented
— The shared Washers & Dryers on-​site ruined several pieces of clothing due to bleach exposure
— No pets aloud even though the building is already not in the most pristine shape — doesn’t make sense and you may find some people already bending the rules on this

Called on several apartments listed as «available» on the company website, only to have my calls never returned. Called main contact number and was hung up on 3 times by the woman who answered the phones. When I asked about the apartments available on the website she sounded annoyed, told me «no» and ended the call.
