Started going to the Tuesday class at 6pm called Cardio Combat a little bit over a month ago. It’s a very intense class with a lot of punching and kicking combined with boot camp style circuits that change every week. Justin(the instructor) does a very good job at keeping the workouts going for the full hour, starting with a nice warm up and finishing with some good stretching exercises. Be ready to sweat a lot and be sore for the first few classes. Highly recommend it.

Update: Fitness Asylum has changed their boot camp sessions so you get MORE for your money. I love that! It makes me feel that they really care about their clients. Now, the sessions are 3 weeks of the same cycles(Mon exercises are all the same; Wed are all the same; Fri are all the same) and then they switch them up weeks 4 – 6. So you now get SIX weeks on, one week off for the same price! I have now been a faithful client for a year and a half and I’m not stopping any time soon. Dani and Jeremy keep me motivated and interested, and I never feel judged or embarrassed.

I’ve been attending boot camp classes at the Fitness Asylum for over 3 years and love it. I struggled for years to find a workout routine that I can stick. The Mission Metabolism boot camp finally filled that void. The circuit changes regularly so you don’t get bored. After 3 years I still feel sore after my workouts! Its a great workout for all levels as each exercise can be done several ways depending on your level.
