Taco Bell

I’ve been here for lunch a couple of times and always use the online ordering before I get there. I’m vegetarian so it’s nice to be able to customize my order before I get there and not have to hold the line up.
Each time I’ve been they always get my order correct, are friendly, and I move through the Drive-​thru pretty quick. My only complaint would be that often times the burritos aren’t consistant with ingredients. For example, the pico I paid extra for was only in one corner. The nacho cheese was on the far other end. But for $ 1 I shouldn’t expect too much!

I’ve eaten here many times. I always special order stuff because I’m a vegetarian and they get my order right. Food is awesome!

If you can go somewhere else, do it. If you order a simple meal, say 3 tacos, it can take upwards of 10 minutes to be served. The cashier is fast and usually efficient. They take your name when you place the order.
After the order is placed its best to get your drink, go find a table and check facebook or something. The orders come up about one every 3 minutes, assuming someone is manning the «grill». There is no urgency for speed or performance here. Everyone just sort of takes their own time. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager directing or motivating people like you see at other places, it’s just sort of run by cruise control? One speed for everything: slow.
This place use to be excellent about 2 – 3 years ago. Always someone cleaning tables in the dining room area, fast efficient service, manager overseeing everything and making sure everyone was on top of it, employees also seemed to be more engaged back then, but not anymore. They did away with a lot of the good things this location brought to the table, now it’s just kind of sad.

The quality of service at this Taco Bell is literally day and night. During the day time I received good service from employees, but during night time when I come, the employees just do not care at all.
They don’t care about getting your order right, they don’t care if they’re rude, they don’t care if there’s no lids or straws for your cup, they don’t care if they’re slow, they act like your an inconvenience to them cause you’re there, they just want you to hurry up and leave so they can continue to do nothing.
If I review this solely and the experience I received during the night, I wouldn’t even rate it one star. Who ever owns this franchise better thank their lucky star that the day time service is actually good.

The service use to be amazing. Me and a coworker would go once a week. Everyone was friendly and it was clean. Over the last few monthsits gone down hill. The service is slow and no one seems to know whats going on. Really wish they would get it together.

I understand that this is Taco Bell and writing a review for a place like this is a little pointless. We all know what we’re getting when we come here. Delicious, unhealthy and crappy food.
However, I’m not giving 2 stars for the quality of food. The service was incredibly slow. It’s like the franchise owner went to the zoo and hired a bunch of sloths. No effort or hustle in any of the employees. I was in there for a good 30 minutes (I ordered my food to go). There has also been various other times where they have forgotten my order all together.
We all need our Taco Bell fix everyone once in awhile but I would avoid this one. Sloth city.

i ordered 3 cool ranch tacos and i was so excited for that shit after all the commercials playing on tv all night… even while i was waiting for them to give me my order in the car, the radio started playing a commercial about the cool ranch doritos locos taco. my friend even turned it up and i was SO EXCITED. then after we get our order and drive off, i open it and see a fucking orange shell which ended up being the nacho cheese doritos locos tacos. receipt even said 3 COOL RANCH. i am disappoint.
still giving it a ²⁄₅ cuz that shit was still delicious.

The bean burrito was incredible. ⁴⁄₅ stars. Would shit again.

It’s a Taco Bell. Food wise, if you like Taco Bell food, you’ll like the food here.
What sets this place apart is their service. We’ve been remodeling our kitchen, and as this Taco Bell is in front of a Menards, we’ve picked up many a fresco crunchy taco on the way to/​from our home projects.
Every single time I’ve been here, be it their drive thru or inside, the service has been crazy good. The employees are friendly, fast and courteous. At first I thought I was «lucking out» and getting the one stellar employee there, but no, it’s definitely all of them. The last time we ate inside, an employee actually brought our food to us instead of shouting out our number. I actually tried to call Taco Bell’s 800 number once after yet another amazing drive thru interaction, but I was transferred to a full voice mail box, so I couldn’t leave a message.
The interior is typical Taco Bell, and although it’s often busy, it’s as clean if not cleaner than you could hope for at a fast food place. In the 4 years I’ve lived on da Nort’ side, I’ve yet to find one thing wrong with this place. Kudos to every employee at this Taco Bell.

I’ve always said I never experienced a menu item at Taco Bell I didn’t like.
That is until now. I was intrigued by the ads (both on TV and in print) for the new Triple Steak Stack. So yesterday we (my 18 year old son and I) each ordered one for dinner. The results were either a grossly exaggerated and misleading case of fallacious advertising, extreme ineptness on the part of the food preparation team at the Taco Bell, or simply an idea poorly thought out and executed on the part of new product development.
For the $ 4.99 (plus tax) price tag, we expected at least half a pound of grilled sliced steak topped with sliced cheese snuggled in a crisp or chewy pita bread.
What we got were two greasy, floppy wet towel doughy rectangles with maybe a cup of flavorless chopped up over cooked steak-​um style chipped beef. There was absolutely no resemblance to the bright shiny sandwiches pictured in Taco Bells’ advertising except the rectangular shape (and then only while they lay limply on the serving trays).
In the future we’ll stick to the «1.00+ Why Pay More?» menu items we’ve come to trust and enjoy!

Lacey B. and George T. are spot on! I’ve only been here once, but the service was just astounding. I wondered for a minute if there was some corporate visit going on, but it seems that’s just the norm for this location. Even two employees who were outside on their break wished me a nice day as I was walking out to my car. I mean, who does that?

I think it goes without saying, although I’ll say it anyway, this review should be read with a sense of relativism. That is, it gets five stars. But those are five fast food stars, NOT to be compared with five fine dining stars. There’s a difference.
I sadly eat way too much fast food. I’ve been that way all my life. But I can easily say without a doubt, that this specific Taco Bell just off of Brown Deer Road, infront of the Menard’s, is the BEST frickin Taco Bell in the city. Possibly the state or world.
Every single time I go there I’m shocked by how friendly they are. Can you believe that? A friendly fast food restaurant in Milwaukee? Crazy, I know. But they truly are super nice every time I go there. The food is always hot, made fresh (as fresh as fast food gets) and the restaurant is actually quite clean.
Every time I go through the drive thru, which is probably once a week, I always want to get the name of the person working the window and call Taco Bell’s corporate office and commend them.
I’ve never had an experience which wasn’t surprisingly positive.

I stopped in for a late lunch. Service was fast. Decorations were very modern at this store. Seats were comfortable. Steady flow of customers. This store has a host he was very friendly. The tables were very clean rest room was spectacular almost like a hotel. Prices are a sightly higher at this location but overall it’s still a good value. Good job.
