I think that they delivery a wide and varieties of products and services and when I visit the store they is eager to help and serviced me also when I call they take time out to answer my question and give me a price on a product when I want to have a big day for my clients I run a Alzheimer’s and Dementia assistant living home and I believe that they should have the best it’s to give to them

I agree the pallets and mess needs to be taken care of. They need more prices on clearance items in front of store, and in cooler area. Do the employees not care or are they underpaid? It all starts with Corporate and Mgt. There should also be a few smaller carts, and room for customers to be able to get around with out clutter. The place needs to rethink their business ethics. The prices are always on the rise. I would imagine for no reason most of the time. Restaurants, and any Business that keeps raising prices only hurts their profits due to loss of customers, and less volume buying. On the positive note there are some good deals, and a large variety. The service is fair and free ice packs for the ride back to keep items fresh. If you need empty boxes they have a ton. Some of the items are cheaper at retail stores. I come here for my Cooking, and Catering needs besides other places that are cleaner like Costco. With a little work/​help The Restaurant Depot can be a better shopping experience, and the go to place for everything. I would also recomend building a store in Northern Ozaukee county by Grafton for those that don’t want to drive to Milwaukee WI. Please read your reviews. Take note change can be good!

This place used to be our favorite place to shop for our business but lately is a huge mess, cars all over the place, empty boxes, forklifts all over etc… I think they have to many stuff for the property size. No one can focus on what their buying/​doing due to the traffic inside the store. People are rude because no one seemed to know wtf is going on … Bad experience after 4 years buying every week I don’t think we are going back. I rather drive to Costco and other sources… Sorry

This place is your go to place for restaurant supplies and product. Good selection of bulk fruits, vegetables, and meats.
They have everything from cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, frozen and dry goods, catering essentials, and almost everything you need to run or open a restaurant.
You must have a membership to enter and purchase anything. The prices are decent and a great place to buy supplies that you didn’t receive from your vendor or if you need something in an emergency.
