Nablus Sweets

Depending on which sign you read, this place is either called «Nablus Sweets», «Cousins Sweets» or «Nablus Restaurant». The name doesn’t matter, you’ll still get an authentic, tasty meal for a good price.
Today I had the falafel sandwich. Most places make these with a pita, but Nablus uses a tortilla like flatbread to make a wrap. Inside are crunchy veggies, a bit of pickle and delicious, fluffy falafels. It’s a big sandwich and comes with fries for $ 5.
The chicken schwarma is also fabulous in a wrap — they add pickles, onions and tahini to make a combination that looks odd but is tasty indeed.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in a big hurry. Everything appears to be made from scratch when ordered and they do work at a «leisurely» pace. Be prepared to just point to things on the menu depending on who is working and their command of English.
