I’ve worked with Ed for awhile now. I have been through numerous property management companies… Milwaukee Metro, MPI — this is the first one that has been good.
I would say that each of those other two lost me thousands of dollars. MPI is the dumbest group of people I have worked with. Milwaukee Metro is unresponsive, segmented, and nobody has a clue what is going on (the owner is in NJ now).
I almost don’t want to give them a good review because they make my business run. I almost rather let people go to MPI, get screwed, want out of the business, and sell me their properties. This has happened numerous time already.
Anyways, these guys are responsive, move quickly, and know what they are doing. Going with anyone else I’ve worked with in Milwaukee will destroy your rental income.
