I had them build a computer for me. I told him to install everything I would need, given my work circumstances. Within a month of receiving my computer, it became infected with a number of viruses and worms. I returned it to the store, and they told me I needed additional software to protect my computer, which was what I had asked for in the first place. Once they finished working on the computer, they said they would call me and let me know that it was ready, which they did not. I do not recommend this company and particularly the store.

I had to get a new wifi router and the guy who helped me out really was useless. He used lots of computer lingo and I even had a buddy show up to interpret what he was saying and was still stumped. So I spent over $ 100 on something I really didn’t need for the item to work very flaky. So if you want to get any value go else where. If I could give a negative rating I would. Good luck.

This is the original Milwaukee PC store. They have been my internet provider for at least 15 years now with very few glitches. Recently, we have been experiencing a big glitch. No internet connection.
No internet + a wife that works from home = a pissed off wife.
After a call was placed to the phone provider for verification that the line was OK, I brought my modem in to the store to have them check it out. In two minutes it was tested and a new one recommended. The fine fellow (I’m guessing a big fan of Game of Thrones) took it out of the box and set it up for me right in the store. He even went through troubleshooting scenarios for when I got home. Good thing he did. It was not exactly plug and play, but in two minutes I had restored internet service to the house. The wife will be happy, therefore, I am happy. This was just another example of fine fast service from the geeks at MilwPC.
