I ordered three quarter pounders with cheese and they were dry and old meat. not even warm just gross. can they ever sell you hot french fries? And the salads were not fresh. This restaurant seems to always serve food when it’s way past it’s time to be shot out.

Was here one time in the past, service was okay figured I’d give it a second chance. Worst choice. We attempted to go through the drive thru around 11pm. Needless to say we never completed an order. We sat at the screen waiting to order for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from an employee. Several other cars (approximately 6) drove off because of the horrendous wait. I understand it’s late, but clearly the staff and owners could care less about this location. I will not go back and will advise all business away from this location. McDonald’s should be ashamed of the establishment that is being run.

I wish there were negative stars… this is the worst McDonalds in the 53 218 area code! The employees never greet me or other customers. They are rude, loud and disrespectful. I went into the store on 82nd and Hampton to order 2 apple pies (the only thing the cooks can’t mess up) and when I walked in the girl working the counter had to called (yelled at) to her register. When she came up front, she told her co-​workers «don’t worry about my register!» I looked at her like she was crazy but she didn’t care! I ordered 2 apple pies and of course they weren’t any. The girl said, «we ain’t got none!» I walked out! It’s saddens me that people are so horrible!
