McDonald’s

Stopped here for a quick coffee while my car was getting an oil change and they are super friendly and quick here! Have never been greeted like this at any mcd’s! Made my day :)

I like the personnel. Very polite
I spent 7dollars for number 7. That is grilled chicken with soda and fries. I must say wasn’t worth it.
On top of it ketchup wasn’t accessible by customers. I had go back and ask for it. Also napkins weren’t out. Had to go back and ask for it
If I go back I will remember not to order number 7 and ask for ketchup and napkins.

It’s a McDonalds, it isn’t gourmet but people still need a breakfast burrito and small coffee in the morning. Why I am a fan of this McDonald’s is that its owner and chief manager are great people who work behind the counter and prepare their young employees for that next step. This is important because this is the most diverse restaurant in this part of Wauwatosa with regard to both clientele and staff. This is a positive place where good things happen to everyday people.

So, I made the mistake of thinking I could get a quick lunch from the drive through at this location yesterday. I get an hour lunch break, and wasted half of it waiting in line.
Ordered:
Double cheeseburger
McChicken
Small fries
Medium Coke
The double cheeseburger was completely bland and tasteless.
I was really looking forward to some fries, however, they neglected to salt them.
The Coke tasted like the syrup was about to run out. Barely tasted like Coke.
Couldn’t even get to my McChicken as I had now ran out of time on my lunch break and just couldn’t stomach any more of the disappointment.
I also noticed how questionable the staff, the customers inside, and the building itself is. I think I will try the less ghetto feeling location on Bluemound Rd next time I am in the mood for some McDonalds for lunch.

I went several times, great stop for a snack in the afternoon! Delicious sandwiches! Yummy environment.

It’s McDonald’s so it’s just garossa. The only thing I would recommend is not going there and saving your money. There are alot of better choices for food in the area, like the dumpster behind the laundromat.

I awoke this morning to find two Happy Meal toys on my desk. I don’t have kids. Drunken McDonald’s strikes again!

For a McD’s, it’s pretty ok.
I know — you shouldn’t eat here because the food is bad for you and it’s evil giant corporation «food». Their cows are destroying the rain forest, their fatty burgers are turning formerly svelte Americans into giant obese slobs, their grills are powered by the fires of hell and the fries are cooked in angel tears. If you eat here, you’ll get diabetes, a heart attack, dandruff and probably gout.
That’s right, I saw «Super Size Me».
I really try to stay away from fast food but when I indulge, this McDonald’s gets my order right more than half the time. The drive thru workers are reasonably pleasant. The crowd at breakfast is highly, highly entertaining, That’s far more than I expect from McDonalds — so this location is a-​ok.

Wait– Before you judge me!!!
I probably just lost all cred on Unilocal for this review, but think of this as a *customer service* review for this specific location. Everyone knows McD’s food– this place’s food is no different.
I have never seen customer service as good at any fast food restaurant, ever. And its consistent among the whole staff, which makes me think the manager is really good at incentivizing and motivating their workers. They even have an old lady on staff who wears a red sequined beret with her uniform and she just goes around and greets people, chats with regulars, hands out free cookies to little kids and acts as a surrogate grandma for everyone in there. Also, on multiple occasions, workers have offered to carry my tray out for me so I wouldn’t have to wait a minute, holding my things. Also, the drive through isn’t a crackly speaker– you order directly from a live person! They play classical music, have an awesome lego table for kids and of course, free WIFI.
Let’s be real– its McDonald’s 1 star food, but this location has consistently shown me 5 star service, which is worthy of some stars!

A necessary evil.
This is a pretty scary McDonalds. I frequent it because it’s close to my house, but it is not my favorite. We will only dine in here at breakfast time. It gets a bit «gangsta» after dark. At least in the morning there is the amusing cast of characters: Abe Lincoln, Crazy Cat Lady and her three-​wheeler bicycle, and the Tosa Creeper. If you ever saw this guy driving his POS 1960 Ford, you would know what I mean. Of course, there is the obligatory coffee clutch of old retired guys drinking the same small coffee w/​free refills all day.
The Drive-​thru used to be so bad that now we only order basic things. I got tired of waiting 10 minutes every time I would order grilled chicken. Although the sign exiting the drive-​thru says «no left turn», screw it. I do it anyway.

Pretty quick drive-​thru sometimes…

They can never get a order right. I always end up not getting everything in the bag and have to strong arm the person at the window into giving me my f-​ing food.
