McDonald’s

I have had some terrible experiences with this place, and this last time was no different. I ordered two burgers and two orders of fries from the drive through. It was about a 20 minute wait.
When I did get my food, I took it back to work. I opened the bag and there was some brown stuff splattered on the INSIDE OF THE BAG, and there were little black flakes on the fries. Disgusting.
I took the food back to get it replaced, and they did so apologetically. I got back to work and opened to bag to find that they had given me one burger and one nasty chicken sandwich that was pretty gross. I just threw it in the garbage because I don’t have time to keep going back all day and seeing if they can give me some food that’s actually what I ordered and doesn’t turn my stomach.
I love McDonald’s food, but this particular location is a disgrace. I’ll be informing the local health department of my experiences Monday morning. The employees are usually friendly enough, but the food is not good at all.

This is the worst McDonalds I have been to. There was a customer who’s car was stuck in the line. The McDonalds representative did not notify the customers in line waiting to order of the situation. I waited for about 20 minutes before I decided to investigate as to why they were taking so long. It’s ridiculous that that the McDonalds employees did not make the customers aware of this vehicle situation and just allowed them to wait. Poor customer service!!!

This place is full of rude staff and they are so ghetto. Like really if you don’t want to be there or talk professionally to the customer you have a choice to leave! Point blank worst McDonalds ever!

the employees go above and beyond at early hours of the day. even when it’s packed they seem very calm and make sure to greet every customer.

This particular location of McDonald is… Well lets say not the best. Although they can be quite prompt they have the rudest staff I in the world. I received my WRONG order 3 times in a row but very quickly I drove up to the window to tell them what I wanted to I didn’t have to deal with that stupid speaker box thing. THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. When I confronted them about it they told me that I got some free food and what am I complaining about… I’m complaining that they didn’t give me the right order and that was the whole point of me being there! If i just wanted some random thing I would have said it. Finally I went it and demanded to talk to the manager. She came over as condescending as all get-​out and I took my money back and a free order of my CORRECT order. Yes they may keep this place clean and they might be quick but when you have people treating you like you owe them something? Remind them who the customer is and who is paying for something. Sorry for the rant but I do not like this place aside from a quick run-​by at 2AM when they actually get the order right.

Quick and dirty, not terrible but not great. That’s what it’s all about at this McDonalds.
Their biggest challenge seems to be remembering sauce packets/​cups or straws. Sometimes they’ll get it, sometimes they won’t. If you’re meal decision has come down to McDonalds, you can do worse on the east side, but you can do better.

i tend to buy the vanilla iced coffee from mcdonald’s & this location has one of the best i’ve tasted! props to whomever made it!!!

Not a whole lot to be said. This was a quick, clean, decent-​quality food McDonalds experience. Location is a bit difficult to get in and out of sometimes, since North is a busy street (especially with the Humboldt bridge out), but otherwise is in a nice arterial location.
Last time I ate there, we came back out to our car and looked up in the tree in front of our parking space, and there was a Beanie Baby squirrel in it! Another tree nearby had a loaf of bread in it… not sure what this was about, and probably it had nothing to do with the McDonald’s, but it was still interesting!
