I purchased a single scrub top from Marcus Uniforms online, and having not received it for over 1 month, I emailed their customer service. They said that they contacted the postal service and USPS said that it was delivered. I told Marcus Uniforms that no, it wasn’t, I never received it or signed for any package. Instead of making it easy for me and replacing the single article of clothing, they said I should contact my post office and argue with them. If that didn’t work, they said I should file a complaint through Amazon. Absolutely horrible customer service, if something goes wrong they blame you. Would advise anyone against using their services.

iI ordered scrub from this company via Amazon and the next morning found them cheaper. So, i contacted Amazon’s cancel department online and requested a cancellation. I did not get a response, in the usual timely manner, so i contacted the company direct via their toll free number online. I was told that the item was in the shipping process and that because i ordered through Amazon, it takes for them to get a message from Amazon. I then asked for a supervisor to ask about the shipping and refund. She told me to refuse the package when i get it and your shipping cost would be refunded. Well, it is obvious that she said this to get me off of the phone because it has been a month of trying to get the shipping cost refunded. They have used all the excuses, possible and even told me that my conversation had been recorded, saying i misunderstood the rep. But of course they could not produce the recording. They basically lied and now trying to cover themselves.
