Maid Brigade of Milwaukee and Surrounding Areas

I truly never go online to review resturants or services but I feel compelled with this company. I use Maid Brigade becuase they offer exceptional service from a professional staff. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I have worked with Maid Brigade for a little over a year. I have bi-​weekly cleanings as well as the occasional special cleaning after a large party. My home is a 2 bedroom, 990 sq Foot home. While there was some issues in the beginning, I was pleased with how they worked with me to resolve the issues quickly. When I fill out the comment cards, if I rate a portion anything but excellent I received a call within 24 hours to see what they need to do to fix the problem.
Full disclosure, I have a specific team that I work with and that team’s service is extraordinary. I have a note on my account that I refuse to work with any other team. That being said, I have gone on to recommend their services to my friend who now uses them bi-​weekly as well.
I recommend them… but take time to layout all your expectations in the beginning. They have a checklist they follow… if you don’t say it, it may be overlooked. And if there are any issues, pick up the phone and call them and give them a chance to fix it.

License to steal! I first used Maid Brigade for a move out service at a 1200 sq foot house. They did an excellent job and charged $ 250, which I felt was fair. However, my second experience was terrible. I was quoted $ 250 – 400 for a move out service at a 1200 sq foot condo. Upon questioning the range and my prior $ 250 charge, it was implied that only a filthy condo would result in a $ 400 charge. I have pictures of the condo before they began, and it was only in need of detailing. The final bill was $ 437, which they discounted $ 30 to make it CLOSE to the top of my quote but still over. I have yet to receive details about total hours spent at the unit or why the charge was so high. I estimate 4 – 6 hours of cleaning was needed making the latest job $ 65-​$ 100 per hour. I suppose it’s my mistake for allowing wide quote range and not picking up on the fact that they would not provide details about the cleaning. I will work with another company in the future.

Please don’t waste your money on this company. They are incompetent as cleaners and when contacted regarding their poor service, they become evasive and dishonest. They will overcharge and under serve you. You’d be better off using a couple hundred dollar bills as sponges yourself.
