I have no problem paying good money for great service. My wedding bling came from a different location, actually, but this one is now closer to me. I walked in for my yearly sparkling and it was absolutely no problem. I’ve had cleanings done, repairs because I’m apparently a maniac with my left ring finger — it must get into bar fights when I’m not looking — and quick polishes. You know what’s awesome about all of that? I paid nothing at the time of service. Did we pay for it up front? Yep. But the famous warranty actually does cover it. I haven’t found the loophole, yet. The staff are always super nice. Always. If you’re carting your tot around they’ll even tell you to call when you get to the parking lot and they’ll bring out your stuff so you don’t have to lug the car seat around. My only complaint… it takes a week to get your stuff back, EVERYTIME. But, I know that now, so I can plan accordingly. I love my sparkles.

We absolutely love our experiences with Kesslers. My husband bought me a necklace when we got engaged from there and he said the service and attention he received was amazing. We ended up purchasing my husband’s wedding band from them since my wedding set was passed down from my grandmother. We went in 2 or 3 times to look at rings before deciding on a ring. They were very patient and didn’t try to rush us at all and totally understood that we wanted to take our time picking out a ring. We have returned to them since purchasing the wedding band. My husband has bought me a necklace from there as well and received the same great service from them.

My fiancé went here for my engagement ring. I wanted a specific style that would like require some customization and they were very helpful with that for him. Basically, all he had to do was show them a picture of what I loved and they found a beautiful setting option to work with. Unfortunately, the setting was a wrap and they sautered what would be the wedding band to the engagement ring. After he proposed we took it back in to see if we could remove the wrap/wedding band and instead put the entire diamond setting on the one engagement band. While they were a pleasant and enthusiastic group of people working there, they only took a couple glances at it and staunchly said it could not be done. I was devastated, and this feeling only grew as they started pointing us to other rings to exchange my actual engagement ring with that were similar. We ended up ordering another one that was okay, not nearly as beautiful as the original but for the next 24 hours, it just didn’t feel right to be doing that. We cancelled the order for the new ring and decided to see if we could discuss the matter ourselves with a goldsmith at the main Germantown location. Within 5 minutes they let us know it would be no problem to get the entire setting on one band and it would be ready in a week. I think I actually cried! Was very happy to actually be getting what I wanted but equally frustrated that the Greenfield location was so sure that it couldn’t be done. A week later we came back to get our ring and it looked great. I immediately wanted to try on some wedding bands with it. The sales girl could not have been less helpful or enthusiastic. I asked if they had any eternity bands I could see, she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and said they didn’t have any and walked away. Didn’t offer any kind of solutions or alternatives and seemed very uncomfortable. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back! Well, I spoke too soon… we asked how much we could get for the band that was removed and they said it was basically scrap and we could get maybe $ 5… Not sure how that’s even possible considering how much the ring is worth but whatever, we decided to see how much we could get for it elsewhere. Turns out we got $ 40 for it, as well as a suggestion that we were probably ripped off for the ring itself. Needless to say, we will not be going back for the wedding bands.

Love this location, always have, always will. My husband bought my engagement ring here and they have always been so accommodating. I get a warm feeling from the staff and they answer all of my questions. I was a little weary about going with an independent company. Would I get good service? Would they be competitively priced? The answers are yes and yes! When it has come to picking out other items for purchase, they are so knowledgeable and deal with my never-ending questions. They define customer service. My advice to you? If you think you are saving money by going to a chain, you are not. Kessler’s actually cares about you.

Best jeweler around! Everyone I know who has gotten engaged within the last year has gotten their ring at Kessler’s including myself! My fiancé and I went into the store and I had a general idea what I wanted because we had looked at other stores. I explained to the jeweler what I wanted and my fiancé told her what our budget was. Not only did I get the perfect ring, but it was actually under budget and there was absolutely no pressure. I love my ring and I get compliments on it all the time. It sparkles in every type of light. I’ve had it for a year and I still can’t help but look at it.

The customer service at Kesslers is amazing. The sales representative really probed to see what kind of engagement rings I liked and was very understanding that we would not buy the ring at that instant and didn’t push us, but really let us explore our options there. Too bad there wasn’t anything that I loved there since their rings are typical rings you can find at any jewelry, nothing too creative or unique. The customer service and their warranty are great though.

Great staff and great service! The prices are the lowest they can go, nothing ever goes on sale(besides clearance items) so you know you are getting a good price when ever you go. Plus there is a lifetime guarantee with any item you buy there. I go in all the time to take advantage of the free cleanings.
