ok… We got off to a sticky start. I got the wrong label size on the wrong roller… But, I have to say that the customer service was absolutely stellar. I initially placed my order with Elijah whom is very nice and also very helpful. However I got the wrong label size and the wrong size roller for my printer. When I called him back he was immediately apologetic and took full responsibility! To me its more important for a company to admit fault and fix it then to be 100% perfect all the time(not possible anyway). I have delt with my fare share of companies that have been out right rude and I would never go back for seconds. I will be re-ordering from Kenco in the future because of the wonderful customer service. Thank you Elija

I will be changing out my label guns from Kenco to someone else. I ordered some labels and they had two addresses on file — the man confirmed the correct address when I ordered and for some reason they were sent to the other address. They will not give me a refund for their mistake — I had to pay again. Terrible customer service.
