Jets Pizza

Missed Jets after moving from Michigan. So glad it’s made its way to WI. Can’t wait for the brookfield one to open… wish it was coming to Wauwatosa instead, though!

I’m reviewing the West Allis location. This place is wonderful! Typically not a huge fan of pizza places in Milwaukee; not bad, just not great, in a town with generally wonderful food. This place is great. Tried three types: hand tossed, ‘bold n fold NY’, and deep. Each was truly excellent. Good sauce, chewy but light crust (thickness differed on each), good amount and quality of toppings. (Milwaukee pizza is typically either cracker thin or deep and soft. This is traditional NY chewy crust… so hard to find here! The deep was also light and airy, not dense or heavy.) Agree with others that the free crust flavorings are also a nice addition. Several more plusses: the staff was wonderful, including a very pleasant delivery gal and a manager who called to check my order and offered a bonus for being a new customer! And… they deliver to me and I’m not very close to them (most places don’t deliver to my neighborhood regardless… for whatever reason). Order to delivery was fast too. And… reasonably priced! What else can I ask? Will return!

Being from Michigan and new to West Allis, I was beyond thrilled to learn that there was a Jets Pizza in Wisconsin! And we just so happened to move into their delivery zone! We have ordered from this location a handful of times and have always been pleased with their service! But last night took the cake, the prize money and earned mad respect in my eyes!
Having worked all week, we were not prepared for the snow storm ONE BIT! We tossed the idea of ordering out but didn’t want to trouble anyone else with the snow either. But we were hungry!!! So I called in Jets knowing we were going to be waiting longer than normal for our order! They gave us an expected time of 90 mins! No problem! As the time neared the hour market we got a call from our delivery driver saying he was sorry he was running late and he had to get pushed out and would be right there! Remind you we are a mile away from Jets! 15 mins later the phone rings again. This time he is around the block stuck at another business. «I am walking to your house now, again I am sorry your order is late!» The driver told me! YOUR WALKING?!! Was all I heard! So we threw on our boots and coat and met the poor guy at the neighbors! Talk about service! We gave him what we thought to be a generous tip for his adventure to our house with our dinner! After all he WAS right on time and our food was still warm! Ready to eat!
We ordered a large deep dish pepperoni which was amazing! Not greasy at all. Thick cheese. Not too saucy. Decent amount of peps too! With our order also came cinnamon stix (THE BOMB!) Jets Bread; deep dish style with a mass amount of cheese baked to perfection. The antipasto salad, that was loaded with goodies. And a 2 liter of Pepsi. ((All of which the awesome guy who literally delivered our order on foot!))
We will always order from Jets!!!

Pizza was good but there was a problem with our order and we tried to straighten it out and the owner was a total jerk. Very bad customer service.

This is how I remember pizza as a kid! Deep dish and delicious! Get the turbo crust — it’s free and AMAZING!
If you’re looking to pick up pizza, consider Jet’s. I’m kinda snobby about my pizza and like Neapolitan style with goat cheese and all that ish. But this… THIS is good old fashioned greasy pizza AND I LOVE IT!
Overall: nothing fancy. But it’s replaced my former favorite, Toppers, in my non-​uppity pizza category. Certainly beats The Hut, Dominos, and all the local «Papa» whatever pizza’s.

Love the wings and deep dish, Mmm and the salads. Great place, super fast delivery, a little pricey but with it. Way better than pizza hut or dominoes

We opted for delivery which was late, but other than that the service was great and friendly. We tried a hand tossed and a deep dish. The deep dish was better and it had a really nice crust. The hand tossed tasted like Toppers lol which I didn’t mind but wasn’t expecting. The breadsticks were really good. Chewy and crispy. Everything was kind of greasy but still really tasty. Another Unilocaler said it best that it’s «fast food» pizza and not authentic italian but we will definitely order again.

Great pizza! You can get pizza so every slice has a crust! You must try their bread as well.

It’s good! Best chain pizza I’ve ever had. Get weird stuff on the crust. It’s free. You should order food from Jet’s if you live in or near West Allis. Sorry if you live in West Allis.

Let me start off by saying that I’m originally from Detroit, and I’m sorry Milwaukee natives, but the food scene there is something I miss everyday.
Jets originated in Michigan, and I make it a point to visit every time I go home. The amount of excitement that came over me when I found out that we now have one in Milwaukee was ridiculous. I stopped in on my lunch and grabbed my favorites.
The antipasto salad has tons of toppings; black olives, salami, ham, tomatoes, moz cheese. So perfect! Jets italian dressing is some of the best. Everything was super fresh too.
I also got jets sticks which were delicious. They have the thickness of the deep dish pizza, and they are covered in various cheeses. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet, and my favorite out of any pizza chain.
If it wasn’t so early in the day I would’ve definitely got an original deep dish pizza!
When I picked up my food one of the owners saw my detroit lions lanyard, and we both had a moment because it turns he’s from Michigan too. It’s a rarity to find lions fans around these parts so I was pumped. Very nice guy!
I guess I’m biased, but try Jet’s and you’ll definitely understand why.
