I’m brand new to the city and to date my experiences have been positive. Extremely friendly service and their prices are reasonable compared to others that I’ve researched in the downtown area and that I’ve used across the U.S. No complaints thus far!

This place was decent for a while but if they ruin any of your clothes they give zero fucks about it. One $ 100 dress shirt down the crapper and so is the Unilocal rating for this fly by night establishment

I’m a big fan of these folks for alterations. I’ve actually never had anything dry cleaned(I avoid purchasing clothes that require that). H&M was recommended to me by a friend when I needed a chef coat tailored last year because the son is a chef so the mom is used to that particular piece of clothing. Since then I’ve had multiple pairs of pants, skirts and dresses shorted to fit my hobbit-sized self. Pants/jeans tend to be about $ 10, which is unprecedented. Replacing a zipper was $ 15 and removing the ruffle from a maxi dress, removing some length and reattaching the ruffle was $ 30(just shortening it was $ 20, so for that added work it was well worth the added $ 10). The ladies are friendly, helpful and super quick. I now live way across town by still bring my stuff to them because I know they’ll do a great job.

Excellent service every time I go in! I’ve had items cleaned and altered here; the results are always professional and reasonably priced. I brought in a vintage crinoline and the seamstress replaced the elastic waistband. I was not a good customer and brought it in 4 days before my wedding. She got it done, at a great price, and before the date I asked for it(did not even have to pull the bride card!). They are friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!
